There's a lot to celebrate today! Not only am I in Salt Lake City for today's kickoff of our OnStage conference, but I'm the Guest Designer at CAS(E) This Sketch. What fun! CAS(E) This Sketch offers a weekly card layout - as you know, I play along almost every week.
Friday 14 December 2018 The Tutti-Frutti Suite in the 2018 Occasions Catalogue is full of "cute images and vivid colours designed for simple stamping"! I love the freshness of this suite and the fruit looks good enough to eat! With such beautiful papers to showcase I was reluctant to cover them up as they really are the star of the show! The Fruit Basket stamp set is available in a bundle with the Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack - although for these strawberries I did fussy cut them. I'm hoping these fabulous Black Rhinestones will continue on from the Holiday Catalogue but if they don't you can colour the Basic Rhinestone Jewels with the new Stampin' Blends. Of course there is co-ordinating ribbon - Lemon Lime Twist 3/8" (1 cm) Mini Striped Ribbon. How cute is that? The fonts in this stamp set are sweet and simple too, and a little corny! This cute little box is perfect to hold a selection of mini cards. Mini cards are the rage at the moment and this suite makes creating these a breeze. These images are perfect too for a little home décor! This 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4") canvas is going to look super cute in my friend's kitchen. I mixed some ink from the Pacific Point stamp pad lid with a dab of embossing paste and water using my Aqua Painter and painted it onto the canvas. The embossing paste made the colour stick and absorb into the canvas. The little clear accents are from the new Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes - "perfect for raindrops and bubbles". The colours in the Tutti-Frutti Suite look great with my "balloon photo shoot". The girls were great sports and humoured their mother! I made this journaling card using co-ordinating products and the Starburst punch makes a great focal point and "speech bubble". I love the new Tutti-fruitti Adhesive-Backed Sequins - Stampin' Up!® think of everything! Have a great weekend - 10 days till Christmas!

Welcome to another week of What Will You Stamp? To participate in this week's challenge and to see all the great projects from the Design team using this set be sure to visit the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog. This week we were challenged to use the Bird Banter Stamp set. I have created a birthday card with the large parrot. What I love most about this set is that all the images are outlines, which makes it perfect for colouring! I cut up the sentiment and arranged the words around the parrot as it was too big to place at his feet as a solid piece. The background DSP is from the Tutti-Frutti suite, the 'reverse' sides are great for Layering backgrounds. If you like the colour combination, please share it on your favourite Pinterest board! Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed seeing my project please take a few moments to leave me a comment I'd love to hear what you think. How much fun are these adorable cards and hand sanitizer gift featuring the Stampin' Up! Beach Happy stamp set!? I created all of these projects at an all day demonstrator crafting event in San Antonio last month. The day before our Stampin' Up! OnStage event, I attended another event hosted by Erica Cerwin. It was so much fun and these are just 4 of the projects we created that day!! The Beach Happy stamp set is RETIRING!! Don't miss it - order yours here! Each of these Beach Happy projects features some designer paper from the Brights 6x6
I am delighted to be able to play with Inkspire Me because I loved the idea of being able to add my own colour to the neutrals. I chose a colour that I seldom ever use - Pumpkin Pie. I found myself colouring in the flowers from Amazing You, a Sale-a-bration set, in the bright orange almost against my will! I started with a sponged stencilled background in Smoky Slate. I stamped the flower from Amazing You in Tuxedo Black and stamped extra leaves around it. The spray is built up with Pumpkin Pie blooms, and die cuts in Smoky Slate and vellum from Bouquet Bunch framelits. The sentiment is from Perennial Birthday, a new set from the Occasions catalogue. The Pumpkin Pie sequins are also from the Occasions catalogue and I've added a small rhinestone in the centre of them and one in the flower centre to make three. If you live anywhere in New Zealand and don't have a Stampin' Up demonstrator, I'd love to help you with ideas and Stampin' Up products. Sale-a-bration is on and there's a new Special Occasion Catalogue out. Please message me through my Facebook page, linked in the sidebar of this blog or leave a comment below. And, of course, you can shop with me from anywhere in New Zealand. Update: Utterly delighted to be the Top Pick at Inkspire Me! Ingredients Card: Basic Black, Whisper White, scraps of Smoky Slate and vellum Stamps: Perennial Birthday, Amazing You Inks: Smoky Slate, Tuxedo Black Other: Stampin' Blends in Pumpkin Pie, Bouquet Bunch framelits, dimensionals, Pattern Party decorative mask, sponges, Tutti-Frutti adhesive backed sequins, rhinestones.

Over the next month, we will be sharing the projects we created as Display Stampers for the recent OnStage event using products from the upcoming 2018 Spring/Summer Catalogue We are starting off with the Tutti-Frutti Suite on pages 28-29 which includes the following products we received from Stampin' Up! Fruit Basket Photopolymer Stamp Set 145833 Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack 145657 Tutti-Frutti 6"x6" Designer Series Paper 145606 Tutti-Frutti Classic Stampin' Spot 145644 UPDATE: More OnStage Display Project Links Tutti-Frutti Suite Part 2 ~ HERE Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Flowers ~ HERE For this card we wanted to show some of the DSP designs. The pack contains 48 sheets; 4 each of 12 double-sided designs so that's 24 different designs! We also used the Picture Perfect Paper Ribbon in Lemon Lime Twist we received which comes in a pack of 3 in the new catalogue with Bermuda Bay and Berry Burst colours The Fruit Basket set contains 25 stamps with some 2-Step Stamping but still ideal for simple projects as you can see from the picture frame. The name inspired the small basket for treats or party table gifts but not big enough for fruits.... So we made a bigger basket! This can hold a couple of small fruits or more treats if preferred and can easily be adapted into a bowl. It shows off the co-ordinating 4 punches that cuts out Watermelon, Pear, Strawberry & Pineapple shapes These new products from the Spring/Summer 2018 Catalogue will be available to order from our UK Online Shop on 3rd January. If you join our team in December, you can choose products from all 3 catalogues to make up your starter kit We will share some more projects with you soon but before we go, we would like to share this upcoming Stampin' Up! promotion on Monday 27th November Who doesn't love Free Shipping?! Hello! Welcome to our first ever Blog Hop featuring products that you can receive for FREE when you order $50 or more worth of Stampin' Up! goodies during our Sale-a-bration event going on now! Who are we? We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that have no active upline and have come together to form a Facebook group for "orphaned" demonstrators. If you are following the hop in order then you have just arrived from Terri Stewart's blog - Stamping Hare. She did a fantastic job! Be sure after viewing my creations to click on the "next blog" button to hop on to Teri Stewart's blog. Now it's time to show you my creations using the FREE products "Bubble & Fizz Designer Series Paper"and a stamp set by the name of "Amazing You". I thought they went together very well. Let's get started! I LOVE bright and cheery paper. When I saw the fun Designer Series Paper in the Sale-a-bration Flyer I knew I had to have some of it. (I might have even got more than one pack.) Not only is it fun paper but it also corresponds with a stamp set "Bubble Over" and set of framelits called "Bottles & Bubbles". For my first project I chose to use the star DSP from the pack. I wanted to add some shooting stars as well as some bigger stars. I fussy cut my words to make them stand out a bit more. And on the inside... A fun spiral of stars! This kind of card is fun to open as well as fun to make. Super easy, just punch out a 2" circle and cut it into a spiral and attach to both sides of the inside of your card. I used some of our Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper to make it more sparkly. This is my favorite project for the hop. As soon as I saw the bottles paper I thought that it would make a cute holder of some kind. I used the larger of the bottle framelits to cut the images out of the DSP. Wish I could have found some Limeade Chapstick, I will keep looking! My last project is a little Valentine Card. The saying again is from the FREE stamp set "Amazing You" I added some fun layers with punches and framelits to add some depth to the card. and on the inside I used the shooting spray again and fussy cut the word "amazing" and added it over the top of the stamped area. I hope you have enjoyed viewing my creations as much as I have enjoyed creating them for you.
