Disclaimer: Products featured were provided for review. Hello everyone, happy Thursday! Today I have swatches and reviews of three gorgeous shades from OPI's new Spring and Summer Brazil Collection. The collection was released earlier last month and features 12 shades of neutral and bright polishes (mostly creams) perfect for the upcoming warm and sunny weather. To read more, click....... I Just Can't Cope-acabana: "Nothing lifts your spirits like this sunshine yellow." I personally love love love yellow polishes but rarely wear them because it's hard to find one with a good formula; they all tend to be very sheer and patchy. The formulation of Can't Cope-acabana is not perfect but it is substantially better than most yellow cream I have tried. For my swatches I used three coats to obtain opacity. The polish wasn't too patchy and in fact was pretty self-leveling. Cope-acabana looks a lot paler in the bottle but when worn on the nails it comes off as a lovely daisy yellow. Three coats, no top coat. Three coats, no top coat. AmazON...AmazOFF: "I'm making the switch to this deep jungle green." My favorite of the three, AmazON....AmazOFF not only has a hilarious name but it's also an uber gorgeous shade of dark teal. The formula, as you might expect, was AmazING (did that joke work there, haha). For my swatches I used two coats and the finish was opaque but also had a squishy jelly feel to it! The only thing I want to caution about this particular shade is that make sure to wear a good base coat because a color like this will leave a stain on your nails. I swatched this guy for no more than 15 minutes and it left a blue tinge on my nails. Though thankfully that was removed with an old toothbrush and some whitening toothpaste. Two coats, no top coat. Two coats, no top coat. OPI Scores a Goal: "Make your point in this winning shade of rich chocolate." Last up, OPI Scores a Goal is a gorgeous rich brown with almost a plummy/red undertone. The formulation of this was also very wonderful, two coats for opacity and the polish is self leveling and smooth. This isn't a color I normally gravitate towards but it actually looks really nice when worn, very sophisticated and classy. Two coats, no top coat. Two coats, no top coat. The drying time of all three polishes (even the three coater Cope-acabana) was very good and they all had a very good shine without the help of any top coat. My recommendation out of the three is definitely AmazON...AmazOFF, and if you are into yellows, Cope-acabana is definitely worth checking out! Did you pick up any shades from the OPI Brazil line? Do you plan to? Let me know in the comments below!

[Werbung] Hallo Ihr Lieben!
Grey = cold / Light peach = hot This thermal has red/gold duochrome shimmer. Care: Thermal polish will actively transition for up to two years if kept in a dark and cool environment. Once the polish is not able to transition anymore the color will remain in either the hot or the cold state. We suggest using a base coat and 2-3 coats of polish followed by a top coat. This polish comes with a removable handmade decorative bronze cap atop our standard black matte nail polish cap - merging artistry with function. To forego bronze caps on your order click here. *Press Sample Hello lovelies! I have swatches of the China Glaze Body & Sol collection. As a fan of nude/neutral polishes I really enjoyed these! Not all of them were flattering on my skin tone but I used about four of them together for a smoosh nail art mani (here) and see myself combining colors again in the future. The formula and application varied from shade to shade but none of them were real duds. There is one shade though that is one of my new favorite China Glaze's. Can you guess which one?.. Skinny Tipping is a peachy nude creme with gold/pink flecks. It had an okay formula, slightly lumpy (for lack of a better word) and thin. Shown is three coats plus top coat. Beach Buff is pink leaning nude creme with hidden silver micro shimmer. Another slightly lumpy formula, but not too bad. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Tan-do is a taupe base with bronze shimmer and golden flecks. This had a thin but really smooth formula. Shown is three coats plus top coat. Beaches & Toes is a taupe crelly with holographic micro glitters. It had a smooth and easy formula. Shown is three coats plus top coat. Copper-tunist is a bronze shimmery metallic. I thought this would have a real streaky finish but once dry they were less prominent. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Bronze Ambition is a warm (poop) brown with gold shimmer. It's one of those shades that verges on ugly, yet I'm still drawn towards it. It has a nice smooth and opaque formula. poop Shown is two coats plus top coat. Glow-Worthy is a shimmery copper with holographic micro glitter. A nice formula and application. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Send Hues is a deep brown with tiny copper glitters and very subtle purple? shimmer. The shimmer pulls the base more purple than my photos show. Did you guess that this would be my favorite? It's absolutely stunning with a great formula! Shown is two coats plus top coat. These polishes can be found where China Glaze is available- Ulta, Sally Beauty, Amazon, and participating drug stores. What do you think of the collection? Any favorites?
I’ve been on a natural nude-pink nail polish kick ever since Tom Ford Sugar Dune was released for spring. I’ve since been wearing a lot of light and neutral pinks on the nails. For me light pink is a bit difficult to find, most are either too pale, too sheer or apply unevenly. I’ve still managed to find quite a few variations of light and nude pink with great formulas, application and wear. The colors that made my top picks: Turn on your JavaScript to view content Rescue Beauty Lounge Thank You ($20) is a nude pink with light pearl particles. It flashes blue and pink for a cool-toned sheen but has a nude pink base to prevent it from looking too pale. This color looks good on everyone I’ve seen it on. It’s shown below with two coats. Tom Ford Sugar Dune ($32) is my ultimate perfect nude pink. As discussed in my review a few months ago, application can be a bit time consuming, it is one of the higher maintenance nudes but once applied is a clean polished neutral light pink. It is limited-edition so if you’re interested I suggest you try to track one down sooner […]

*press sample Hello lovelies! KBShimmer is releasing a new collection inspired by the laid-back vibes of Venture, California, with its seaside location, lush nature, and calming beaches. It consists of eight shades in various finishes- holographic, shimmer, flaky, and creme. The Wanderlust Collection will expand as new locales are explored and provide further inspiration! Wander-ful World is an electric magenta linear holographic. This had a great formula and applied beautifully. I am always a fan of intense pinks! Shown is two coats plus top coat. Meet Me At The Barre is a pale pink pastel creme. It's a lovely color but I found the formula to be chalky, and it didn't self level well for me. Shown is three coats plus top coat. Hakuna Moscato is a blushing rose gold with micro flakes and scattered micro holographic glitter. I didn't know what Moscato was before now (it's wine), but I love the name of this shade! The formula is very sheer so you can even use it as a topper. Shown is three coats plus top coat. Rise and Grind is a light brown linear holographic. If you love neutral holos, this will be a good one to add to your collection. This had a great formula and applied smoothly. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Cactus If You Can is a light subdued green with soft pink shimmer and micro holo sparks. For someone who doesn't gravitate to greens I was surprised that this ended up to be my favorite! Two coats almost covers it but for full opaqueness I did three. Shown with top coat. Don't Fear the Reefer is a minty aqua linear holographic. It applied well except for a little patchiness near the cuticles. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Now & Zen is a blue base with shimmer that shifts from blue, to aqua to lavender with micro holo flakes. The shift is subtle, but more obvious than my photos show. This was a little patchy on first coat but covered well on second coat. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Succ It Up is a cool toned purple with holo micro flakes and a strong blue green shimmer. Okay, you gotta love this name too! This had a very sheer formula which makes the shimmer stand out, and applied well. Shown is three coats plus top coat. The Wanderlust Collection launches June 15th and each polish will retail for $10. Purchases can be made through the KBShimmer website, Harlow & Co., Color4Nails, and Amazon. KBShimmer Website Facebook Instagram What are your thoughts on the collection? I really love the inspiration and color palette! Cactus If You Can was a surprise favorite for me but it was no surprise that I loved Wander-ful World! Let me know your favorites in the comments below.
*purchased by me Hello lovelies! I have really liked the collections that Essie has made this past year. This Spring collection was no exception so I bought all six shades. The formulas were all nice and although not every one flattered me personally, I think they're all pretty in their own way. Let's take a look.. A Touch of Sugar is a blush pink with pink and gold shimmer flecks. This one is soooo pretty in the bottle but it's a little to close to my skin tone to be flattering. Shown is three coats plus top coat. Stirring Secrets is a light neutral pink creme. This is a really fabulous basic color! Shown is two coats plus top coat. Pinkies Out is a melon creme with bright pink shimmer. I like the contrasting shimmer that makes this unique. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Teacup Half Full is a soft mauvey brown creme with bronze shimmer. I forgot to take a close up shot but this photo still shows the shimmer pretty well. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Tiers of Joy is a pastel purple with strong green shimmer. This is such a perfect unicorn shade! Usually I don't like green shimmer with this but somehow it works with the base so well. I forgot how many coats I did- possible three- but it applied so nicely. Reign Check is a stormy gray metallic with gold flecks that make it appear to have green or blue undertones. It has a slight streakiness, but not bad. Shown is two coats plus top coat. This collection is available now and can be found wherever Essie polishes are sold.
