The MFT Stamps June release is now available for purchase and to celebrate I've made this card using products from the release. Here's what I've used:- Oceans Of Fun Oceans Of Fun Die-namics Ocean Currents Background Stamp Rainbow Plaid Paper Pad A2 Stitched Rectangles Stax Set 1 Die-namics I started by creating my different panels. I used different size dies from the Stax die-namics to create the plaid panel which was glued to a white A2 panel and the card base, then a smaller white panel glued directly followed by an ink blended panel where I also stamped and heat embossed in white using the new Ocean Currents BG stamp. The ink blending was done with MFT's Cornflower blue ink. This panel was backed with white craft foam and adhered. Next, I stamped and coloured the sweet ocean cuties from Oceans Of Fun. Here are the colours I used that tone with the plaid paper:- Seahorse - G09, G02, YG41 Starfish - Y19, Y15, Y06 Blowfish - YR07, Y38, Y19, Y32 Pink Fish - RV17, RV09, RV06, C1 Narwhal - B63, BV01, BV00, BV000, C3, C1, C0 Mini Fish - G00, G000 Blushes - R22, R21, R20, R00 Points were highlighted with a white gel pen then I die cut and applied either directly with glue or with dimensional foam tape. To finish up I die cut the bubbles from the stamp set and glued them in place (fiddly but worth it)! I also stamped the sentiment on a sentiment strip and applied with more foam tape. Card done! Picture Perfect Stamp Set Polaroid Picture Frame Shaker Die To create this card, I embossed the card base with the Small Brick Wall Stencil. I colored up the monkeys from the Picture Perfect Stamp set and then added in the Polaroid Shaker Frame die. I stamped the sentiment on the bottom of the frame and then popped it up on the brick wall. So easy! The MFT Blog will have lots more sneaks to see for this upcoming release. Hello all, It’s time for the My Favorite Things November product launch! All new products are available right now! The MFT design team is sharing projects created with the new stuff. Het MFT design team deelt ook vandaag weer een lading aan inspiratie And what are you buying? For more inspiration I decided on making a card using the new stamps by artist Yan called Playful Penguins. It has been a while since I made a shaker so this was a great oppertunity. Wat is er in jouw mandje beland? Voor meer inspiratie maakte ik een kaart met de nieuwe stempel van Yan genaamd Playful Penguins. Het was alweer een tijdje geleden dat ik een shaker kaart maakte dit was dus een goed excuus. Cut a Smooth White topfold base card and adhered a piece of pattern paper out the Keep Me in Stitches Paper Pad. Cut eight Smooth White frame's using the A2 Rectangle Frames Die-Namics. Between layer seven and eight I added some Acetate. Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart en beplakte deze met het designpapier uit de Keep Me in Stitched Paper Pad. Stanste acht Smooth White frames met de A2 Rectangle Frames Die-namics. Tussen laag zeven en acht plakte ik een stuk acetate. Inked up the background, for the water I used Tumbled Glass and Mermaid Lagoon. For the sky I used Cracked Pistashio and Peacock Feathers. Heat set the snowflakes using the Snowflake Flurry Background. Adhered the shaker onto the card. Beinkte de achtergrond, voor het water gebruikte ik Tumbled Glass en Mermaid Lagoon. Voor de lucht Cracked Pistashio en Peacock Feathers. Heat emboste de sneeuwvlokken met de Snowflake Flurry Background. Plakte daarna de shaker op de kaart. Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut the using the Playful Penguins Die-Namics. Paperpieced the sweater using the same Pattern Paper. Heat set the sentiment on some Black Licorice and cut them into banners. Adhered everything onto the shaker using foam tape. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de Playful Penguins Die-Namics. Paperpiecte de trui met hetzelfde designpapier. Heat emboste de teksten op Black Licorice cardstock en sneed ze tot banners. Plakte alles op de shaker met foam tape. Pink Lemonade and Berrylicious Card Stock Dienamics Stitched Circle Scallop Edge Frames to die cut the scallop frame then I color the inside circle using In the Buff Premium Dye Ink Pad with blending tool Just Beclaws for the sentiment using white embossing powder Proper Pinstripes Pastels Paper Pack for the patterned paper Tickled Pink Premium Dye Ink Pad with blending tool to color the birds For the embellishment, I add some clear sequins.
