Here's the hallway I've created at the other end of the old bathroom. I bought the wallpaper with tiny chairs on it when I went to visit Kim in America. (Yes, I know the window trim is falling off in some of the pics. But if I stop to take new pics this will never get posted!) You only get a little glimpse of the linen cupboard through the bathroom door. I've always wanted to build a linen cupboard and the hallway seemed the perfect space to create one. The doorway beside the cupboard is the entrance to the stairs up to the third level. The linen cupboard won't really be able to be seen unless you look through the window from the outside...and even then you need to pull the window out to see it properly - which is why the window trim keeps falling off! Still room to add a few more things in there! I just have a 'thing' for pictures on glass at the moment. When I found the chair picture on the Graphics Fairy site I couldn't resist adding it to the glass to go with the wallpaper. Sabiha made the window cleaning supplies and I made the tin basket to put them in. Sylvia made the wooden box. Maybe it's still a bit too tidy...yes, definitely room for more in there!
Highlights (2) Fiber Maracas Steel-ball fill Round plastic shell Wood handles Description The Fiber Maracas are another LP innovation that are offered in matched pairs. The steel-ball fill delivers extra loud, crisp sound. The round, plastic shell design is great for the swirling sound created when the maracas are turned upside down and lightly rotated in a circular motion.

LOCKETS RESTOCKED!!* Our unique, hand-painted lockets were selected for the Etsy Design Awards 2023 and were just selected by Kasey Musgraves in collaboration with Etsy to launch her new Album Deeper Well. We feel so lucky to be included in the round-up of talented Etsy sellers! Please read carefully :) In the early 1700's, lover's eyes were painted into rings, necklaces, pendants, and lockets. They were painted to capture a lover, a child, a mother, a father, a loved one, a pet, a moment. These are custom hand-painted eyes inside of vintage locket settings. Each one is hand-painted with oils onto a prepped gesso-ed polymer base, topped and sealed with a non-yellowing poly-acrylic sealant to last. Each is one-of-a-kind, a keepsake, an heirloom, painted just for you. All of the lockets are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Most are gold-plated, silver, or a combination. I try to source the best quality vintage lockets. Each locket comes with a 17" gold or silver chain necklace. HOW TO ORDER: Please choose the locket you want in the listing photos and from the dropdown LOCKET menu, then choose the painting you would like under STYLE. For a CUSTOM PAINTING, choose from the custom painting optionS, then send a clear photo to Etsy messages of the person or pet you'd like me to paint. ****For best results, take all eye photos in natural light and do not open your eye wide, this makes you look scared and I will ask you to retake it!**** You may also send me a locket you have or choose one to send me by selecting "YOUR OWN LOCKET" in the LOCKET menu. After checkout you will be sent the address to ship the locket to. All paintings take 2-3 weeks to be done. Please be patient. If you need a rush order it will be an extra $120. See other paintings and more hand-painted lockets @mylittleloverseye on Instagram Please communicate all of your needs and or concerns before placing an order as I do not give refunds for custom painted eyes. AGAIN - CUSTOM PAINTED LOCKETS WILL TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS. These are unique pieces of art, so please be patient! **** ALL STYLES OF PAINTING OPTIONS ARE EXAMPLES OF MY WORK, ALL PAINTINGS ARE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SO PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT THE PAINTINGS TO BE ALL EXACTLY A LIKE. I am an artist and interpret the work as I see fit and as my creativity takes me. This is part of the charm of having a tiny unique painting to keep with you always!
This cult classic pocket knife has been produced in Japan since 1904. Made from carbon steel for strength, the Higonokami pocket knife features a hand-forged blade that folds into the base and a small latch to reopen it safely. The Japanese characters for Higonokami are engraved on the metallic base, letting you carry a little piece of Japanese history with you wherever you go. Not for use on a keychain. About Higonokami KnivesIn the 19th century, a blacksmith in Kyushu is said to have added a simple lever to a basic pocket knife to help open and close the blade more easily. The knife proved to be successful and a guild was formed to oversee the manufacturing of the knife. Only those belonging to the guild could manufacture the knife and use the respected name Higo No Kami, which translates to "Lord of Higo" in honor of the Lord of Kyushu. Today, each higonokami knife is still handmade by the last remaining maker in the guild, Nagao Seisakusho. Materials: Nickel, carbon steelDimensions: Blade: 1.5"; Folded: 2.05"Care: After use, wipe away any stains with a cloth and camellia oil or other anti-rust oils. Ever since 2001, Tomo Tanaka of Nunu's House produces one of the most amazing miniatures I've ever seen online. Each and every one of his creations boasts such fascinating clarity of details, the cuteness factor as well as the perfect texture for every . Seeing them at first glance, one would have mistaken them for normal sized things, but most of them were even smaller than a coin. His most popular pieces were the miniature food. Here are some of my personal favorites: Look at that sauce, and those bananas! It is quite marvelous to see those incredible details, I mean the packaging even has the tiny letters I have no idea how they managed to pack the sweets individually T_T the tea looks so real, I could even see the teabag! French cuisine! Cake and stationary There are also non-food miniatures which are equally amazing. The best kind to use in an ultra small dollhouse, or an architectural model. Even guys who care nothing for this kind of art would crave for one of these: Support Nunu House guys! Visit the official website here, the blog is here, and lastly, like them on Facebook. Nunu's House also offers miniature production courses, for more infrmation, see here.
Tendencia12 […]

Dutch multidisciplinary artist Vera van Wolferen (previously) produces miniature balsa wood sculptures, architectural objects that are either incorporated into animations or left motionless to tell their own stories. Her static works are often displayed beneath glass bell jars, leaving the audience to imagine that the tiny tree houses, cottages, and campers are neatly contained within their own universes. Van Wolferen also uses simple craft materials like cotton to enhance her sets, making it appear as if her sculpted homes are resting amongst the clouds. More
