Markee recreates one of Andy Warhol's arty star-filled parties at The Factory in New York. I'd love to go to this party because The Factory combined pop culture, art, music, fashion, film, photography, performance art, and a cool and chic attitude. I would have loved to be alive when these parties were happening (and invited to one!), but at least I could have the next best thing through making a Factory themed party in my own or a friends' flat. A frothy, fancy, beautifully made high-crowned, turned-up-brim hat. Made of stiff white plastic “ribbon” woven together and affixed to stiff netting. This hat is not very fragile - it could stand up to a lot, and holds its shape well. Wide black grosgrain band is almost completely hidden by the turned up brim. This would be cool for a halloween or theater costume, or a Kentucky Derby party!
