This year we will be stamping 7 holiday cards. We will be using all kinds of different stamps and dies to create them. There will also be heat embossing, Nuvo drops, shimmer cardstock, Copic markers, ink blending and using the stamp platforms (If you haven't tried them yet). This card is heat embossed with gold plus uses the Nuvo drops for some dimension. And if I do something embossed in gold, then I need to do one in silver too! The deer card is on shimmer paper and is actually a 3-D scenery card. This one opens up to hold a gift card. I have the cards on display at the shop if you would like to check them out before they are posted online. Supplies needed: Adhesive runner, foam pop dots or foam tape, scor tape, and scissors. Please bring these Copic colors if you have them: T0, B02, B05 Cost: The class is $24.00 but if you pre-pay to hold your spot the class is only $21.00 Class Dates: Saturday, Nov. 4th @ 11 am (full) Wednesday, Nov. 8th @ 5:30 pm (full) Thursday, Nov. 9th @ 1 pm (full) Saturday, Nov. 11th @ 11 am (full) Wednesday, Nov. 15th @ 1 pm (full) Wednesday, Nov. 15th @ 5:30 pm(full) Thursday, Nov. 16th @ 5:30 pm (full) Saturday, Nov. 18th @ 11 am (full) Wednesday, Nov. 22nd @ 1 pm (full)

Each week we see fantastic projects featuring My Favorite Things product, and we're always so thrilled to see what our customers and followers are creating! Today, we'd like to shine the spotlight on some awesome projects that have caught our attention in another edition of You've Been Spotted. If you see your project featured, feel free to post this image on your blog and link to this post to show the world that you were spotted by My Favorite Things! Nicole Vogeli A simple faux stitched line on a design can add so much detail. Nicole added hers to help distinguish the ice from the gorgeous snow-filled sky above, and we love how it turned out. A simple color palette totally works on this design and really keeps the focus on her charming polar bear character. Jillian Lees Jillian created a birthday scene on her card featuring one of the adorable sheep from the Ewe Are the Best stamp set. She loosely colored the sky background giving it a fun, playful look and added a stunning pop of pink to both the balloon and the party hat. Tanya Adams Have you started creating your Christmas cards for the year? Tanya started out with a car full of snowmen for her first holiday card of the year, and we love all of the traditional reds and greens that she added to her design. The addition of the aqua in her coloring perfectly complements the rest of the card and completes her festive scene. Cathy Arenzana Two sweet penguins and a bold sentiment are all Cathy needed to create a gorgeous holiday card design. The added text stamping in the background adds interest to her card without taking away from the main images and die cut greeting. Gladys Gladys created a stunning fall scene on her card that she highlighted using the Stitched Dome Frames Die-namics. Her sentiment strip provides a greeting and also acts as a design element with the twine bow and leaves layered on top. Supplies featured in today's cards: Which design is your favorite this week? Be sure to leave these talented folks some love. And who knows? You might be spotted sometime soon!

Just a simple card from me today featuring a polar bear from MFT's Polar Pals... I coloured images with copics and added some white gel pen highlights and then cut out using matching dies. I then created the shaker by cutting a circle into my Candy Lane paper, placing the sequins on and then capturing them underneath the pouch and sealing with liquid glue. I then adhered the circular frame over the top. Finally added the polar bear and fish and a little stamped sentiment from Hello Bluebird. Supplies: Stamps (MFT, Hello Bluebird); Copics; Paper (MFT); Dies (MFT); Shaker pouch (MFT); Sequins; White gel pen

Fijne dag!
Well, it's my midweek post for Dies to Die For and today I'm sharing a CAS creation featuring Polar Pals from MFT. Welcome! It's Release Night at My Favorite Things Stamps: all of the new products that you've seen over the past few days are now available, and all links should be live. I chose to share another Polar Bear Pals card tonight--love those sweet bears! Shown above are the Copic markers that I used to color the bears. The background die is the new Horizontal Snow Drift Cover Up. I airbrushed the background behind the cover-up die, and then added glitter to the bottom three panels, leaving the insert out of the top three panels so that my sky would show. I finished up with some iridescent string that's been in my stash for a few years, and some sparkly sequins--that's probably enough since the the bears steal the show anyway! Again, all of the new November products are now available, and the links below should all work. Each of the...

Hello, crafty friends!I have a fun Christmas card to share with you. This card is probably my last card using red & grey color combination from MFT color challenge. I'm in love with these colors and I
Hello again my friends, I am back with the failed background for the Ice Skater girl from my previous card. I thought this background suited the Polar Bear Pals better. The background took quite a while to complete including drying time of course. The first thing I did was cute a panel from 110lb white card stock with the largest die from the Blueprints 13 die-namics set. I also used the die to cut out a piece of copy paper which I then ripped to give it rough edges on both sides. I then used the copy paper as my masks for added some distress ink to the sky and pond. For the sky I used a mixture of Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky distress inks. I then took the Snowfall stencil from MFT Stamps and some Light Modeling Paste to make the snow in the sky. Once that was dry, I again used the Light Modeling paste and a plastic palette knife and added some snow, leaving the texture quite rough. While the "snow" was still wet I sprinkled it with Clear Rock Candy Distress Glitter to add some sparkle. For the pond I used Tumbled Glass distress ink to colour it and then I drew a few squiggles with a white gel pen to look a bit like the marks the ice skates would leave behind. I then covered the whole pond with some Glossy Accents which I left overnight to dry. I coloured a couple of the bears from the Polar Bear Pals stamp set, and added one to the pond skating and the other to the snow sitting watching with a mixture of foam tape and glossy accents. I pretty happy with the final look of the card. Here are a couple of more pictures showing the texture and dimension of the card. Below is a list of the supplies I used. Stamps: MFT Stamps - Birdie Brown-Polar Bear Pals Dies: MFT Stamps - Blueprints 13 Inks: MFT Stamps - Black Licorice Hybrid Ink, Distress Inks - Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky Copic Markers: W00, W1, W3, R00, R20, R21, R22, BG10, BG11, BG53, G12, G14, G16, B21, B24, B26 Other: Recollections - 110ld White Card Stock, Spectrum Noir - 100lb Ultra Smooth Premium White Card Stock, MFT Stamps - Snowfall Stencil, Liquidtex - Light Modeling Paste, Ranger - Clear Rock Candy Distress Glitter and Glassy Accents, Sakura - White Gel Pen and Black Glaze Pen Thank you so much for coming by and I hope you like my card. Have a good night! Kathy
Hallo Ihr Lieben! Hello everyone! With today's issue of Stempeleinmaleins we are sharing a stage card. It's a box with a 3 dimensional scene that can be put flat for mailing. I felt like doing something non-christmassy and so I created a winter scene with this cute ice bear. He's ice skating on the first layer of my card. I decorated the frame with a few snowflakes and a greeting on a banner. Then I added a few sequins. And the ice bear also put a bucket of fish there - ice skating makes you hungry! On this picture you get a better look at the different layers. I've glued an icicles border to the back of the frame. On the second layer there is a house and two trees. And to the back of the card I've glued some snowy mountains. I used dimensional tape to glue the mountains there and on top of each other.

It's Day 4 of My Favorite Things November Release Countdown! This month, Birdie Brown brings us Polar Bear Pals, a set of adventurous bears and cubs, who pair nicely with her new Iceberg Die-namics. I die cut a white panel with the rectangle element from Blueprints 24, then cut out a Starry Circle. The circle was ink distressed with several colors of Distress inks--I was trying to replicate the Northern Lights--then spattered with water. I adhered the panel to a card base, then popped in the Starry Circle. I colored the polar bear with some warm Copics, and cut him out with the matching Die-namics. Two icebergs were cut and lightly distressed to give them some definition. I adhered the icebergs and popped up the bear with dimensional adhesive, then stamped the sentiment beneath him. When I finished the card, it reminded me of a snow globe. Totally unplanned, of course! Be sure to visit today's countdown post at My Favorite Things for more inspiration from the design team and leave a comment to be eligible for a $75 prize! InLinkz.com

Hello, everyone! I made a card inspired by the Sketch 308 and the Colour Challenge #58 in MFT blog. This stamp set is so fun! The Polar Bears won my heart from the first sight. It was very difficult to photograph the background of this card. Light blue snowflakes on it just fade into the light. Here is the sketch ... ... и палитра которой я воспользовалась ... and the colour cor combination that I've used Спасибо за внимание! Thank you for stopping by!
Hello my loves!! I’m super excited to be back again today to share my project for this month’s Birthday Project Challenge!! The challenge was to create something “wild” . . . and, as always, I go off the rails a little bit. Listen, unless you tell me what I HAVE to do, I just kinda take a bit of “creative license” when it comes to any challenge. And I think that TECHNICALLY, I’m within the “limits” of the rules. But if I’m not, what’re you gonna do?!! LOL So, polar bears are wild, right?!! Pretty sure I don’t know anyone that has a polar bear for a pet. So I think I’m good. LOL I used a couple of different sets to create this: The polar bear is from the Polar Bear Pals Stamp Set; the big letters are from the Happy Birthday Block Die-Namics, and the sentiment was created by cutting up two different sentiments – “Happy” from the Ready, Set, Snow Stamp Set, and “theday” from the Essential Sentiments Stamp Set. I’ve listed and linked all of the products that I used below. Please click on through MFT Challenge Blog to be linked to the other “wild” projects that my teammates have created for your inspiration. And while you’re there, why not link up a “wild” project of your own for your chance to win a $50 Gift Voucher to the MFT Online Boutique. We’d love to see what you’d create! That’s it for me today, friends!! I’ve got a slew of errands to run today, so I’ll be out and about most of the day! Thanks so much for spending a bit of your day here with me – I so love it when you do! Have a great day! PRODUCTS USED:

Hello Friends Sorry I have been MIA all month, I was busy creating & selling Christmas tags. I started with a few orders & as fast as I could make them, I had to make more !! Over the next few days I will share some of them. I truly love crating these fun little tags!! How fun are these cute little bears? The first set I created in a pale teal. I also love colouring these scarves & creating shadows. I used the Lawn Fawn stitched hillside dies to make snowdrifts, and I stamped Snowflakes in the air. The snowflakes are are also embossed with glitter. I love these little bears & the sayings are too cute. Here is a close up of the snowflakes. Here is the shading on the polar bear & scarf. Love these simple and so cute tags. I love the add some fancy fiber to the tags, it makes them fancier than just twine. Don't get me wrong I use twine as well, but sometimes you just need something Jazzy!! Well that is the first set, I would like to enter the following challenges : Simon Says Stamp Blog - Monday Challenge - Gift little red wagon - No Cards Simon says Stamp - Wednesday Challenge - Baby it's cold outside Cristmas with the Cuties - Anything but a card Scrapyland - Anything Goes Products I used Thanks for coming by!!

Hello!! It’s time, my friends!! The brand spankin’ new products are available NOW in the My Favorite Things Boutique!! And, oh my goodness, the new release is amazing!! Aaaackkkkk!! Could those polar bears, from the Polar Bear Pals Stamp Set, be any cuter?!! I love how they’re just sitting on a snow bank looking up at the stars. Here’s how I created my project: Trim an A2, vertical, top-folding card base from Smooth White Card Stock. Score at 5.5”, fold in half and perfect the crease with a Teflon Bone Folder. Stamp the polar bears from the Polar Bear Pals Stamp Set onto some Smooth White Card Stock using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. Color the image with Copic Markers. Die cut the image using the coordinating Polar Bear Pals Die-Namics. Trim an A2 panel from Water Color Paper. On the smooth side of the paper, blend some Antique Linen, Victorian Velvet, Seedless Preserves, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot Distress Inks with a Mini Ink Blending Tool. Spritz the panel with water and remove some of the color with a paper towel. Use the star die from the Starry Circle Die-Namics to die cut the stars from the panel. Trim a piece of double sided adhesive large enough to cover the stars, and adhere it to the card base. Remove the top liner, and sprinkle some Warm Diamond Glitter all over the double-sided adhesive. Adhere the star panel to the card base with 1/4” Scor Tape. Trim an A2 panel from Smooth White Card Stock and die cut it using the stitched rectangle from the Blueprints 15 Die-Namics. Using the stitched circle from the Starry Circle Die-Namics, die cut a circle from the image panel. Adhere the image panel to the card base with foam tape. Trim another A2 panel from Smooth White Card Stock. Die cut it using the stitched rectangle from the Blueprints 15 Die-Namics. Die cut two snow drifts from the panel using the Stitched Snow Drift Die-Namics. Adhere the first snow drift to the image panel with permanent tape runner adhesive. Stamp the sentiment from the Polar Bear Pals Stamp Set onto the second snow drift using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. Adhere the snow drift to the image panel using foam tape. Adhere the polar bears to the snow drifts with permanent tape runner adhesive. Cute, cute, cute, right?! I can see that there will be more of these darling polar bears in my life! Please click on through to the My Favorite Things Design Blog to be linked to even more amazing inspiration using this month’s new release! I’ve listed all of the products that I used below, and ALL of the new products are available NOW in the My Favorite Things Boutique! Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hello to those few people that might be visiting my blog during such a busy time of the year! How I got this blog post done is a complete miracle! I am the GUEST BLOGGER over at My Favorite Things today or I probably wouldn't have been back here until after the holidays. But I am really glad you are here IF you are here! Today I am using the adorable MFT Polar Bear Pals for my "one stamp, five ways" post.
