Chicken tikka masala 4 personer 650 g kyllingeinderfile Yoghurtmarinade 4 dl græsk yoghurt 2 tsk garam masala 2 tsk stødt koriander 2 tsk revet ingefær 2 tsk gurkemeje 2 fed hvidløg, hakket fint Sauce 1 dåse hakket tomat 3 tsk tomatpuré 2 tsk revet ingefær 2½ tsk garam masala 3 fed hvidløg, hakket fint 1 stort eller 2 små løg, hakket i tern 2 dl fløde salt peber Server med basmatiris eller jasminris til, fladbrød og evt. lidt græsk yoghurt Start med at bland marinaden sammen og kom det i en stor pose sammen med kylling og luk den. Bland det hele godt sammen i posen og sæt den på køl til næste dag. Kom kyllingen op i et stort fad og sæt det i ovnen på 230 grader i ca. 30-35 minutter. Imens laver du saucen. Paneer Peas Masala Preparation Time : 10 minutes Cooking Time : 20 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients Paneer 1 cup(cut in to cubes) Frozen Peas 1/2 cup Onion 1 big (finely chopped) Tomato 1 big (finely chopped) Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp Coriander leaves few(finely chopped) cashew nuts 5-6 no.s green chillies 2no.s(finely chopped) cumin seeds/jeera 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Chilli powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1tsp Kasoori methi 1tsp clove 2no.s Cardamom 2 no.s Cinnamon 1" stick Bay leaf 1no. small Heavy cream 1/2 cup(optional) Salt as needed Oil 2 tbsp Paneer Mutter Masala Method Heat a tbsp oil in a non stick vessel add broken cashew nuts and fry light golden brown. Then add the finely chopped onions, sprinkle some salt and fry till golden brown. then add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell leaves. Now add the finely chopped tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft and mushy. Then turn off the stove and let it cool for few minutes and blend it to a fine paste. Again in the same vessel heat another tbsp oil and add whole garam masala(clove,cinn,card,bay leaf) then add cumin seeds,let it splutter . Now add the blended fine paste (onion-tomato) and saute for few minutes. Then add 1 cup of water,chopped green chillies ,cumin powder,chilli powder and coriander powder and enough salt,mix well . Let it boil for about 15 minutes in a medium flame. Then add some kasoori methi (crush with ur hands) to the boiling masala. Again let it cook for another 5-10minutes till it become little thick and add peas to the gravy . Stir well and cook covered for another few minutes. then add cubed paneer pieces and chopped coriander leaves and cook for another 2 minutes. At last add cream and stir gently and simmer it for few mnitues. Now the Paneer mutter masala is ready to serve hot with any indian bread or Naan etc

Pesquisei e procurei como fazer tempero caseiro e aprendi tudo o que pude, hoje um dos temperos que eu mais gosto de fazer é o tempero indiano garam masala, descobri ele lá no mercadão em São Paulo, me apaixonei e fui atrás para descobrir essa deliciosa receita de garam masala, os ingredientes não são muito fáceis de achar, por ser um tempero bem aromático, mas te garanto que vale muito apena.
