Happy first day of Spring crafty friends! Kim with you on this Monday morning and I am sharing spring flowers with happy everything wishes with products that can be found in the Butterfly Reflections Ink shop! When the new Lawn Fawn release was launched, like many of you, I wanted the whole release especially the fun critters! This Fab Flowers set however is probably one of my favorite Lawn Fawn sets ever! I stamped my flowers using my Misit in various Lawn Fawn and Hero Arts inks. I used LF Butter, LF Peachy Keen, LF Guava, LF Minty Fresh, LF Merman, LF Celery Stick, HA Fresh Lawn and LF Freshly Cut Grass I then die cut my images with the coordinating Fab Flowers dies. I started placing my flowers and decided to die cut two panels the yellow in the back is from the Lawn Fawn Watercolour Wishes 6x6 paper pad. I die cut both panels from the Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangles (largest of the small rectangle set) and started placing my flowers in the bottom corner. I then decided to die cut one of the three Happy, Happy, Happy Lawn Cuts and chose the "Everything" sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Happy, Happy, Happy stamp set (such a versatile sentiment set). I white embossed the sentiment on Lawn Fawn Narwal paper placed all my sentiments and finished it off with some Pretty Pink Posh Clear Droplets both the 4mm and 6mm. I added some dot detail with both my white and black gell pens. I am happy with the way this springy card turned out. Makes me happy to think we shall have flowers, grass and full-on spring soon enough! All of these products can be found in the shop, if anything is out of stock sign-up to the "notify me" in the product description. Vanessa is very quick to replenish and this helps to know what products are on wish lists! Have a great week! Kim

Lawn Fawn CHA sneak week - Hang in There Blogged here: mypaperjourney.blogspot.com/2017/03/fab-flowers-hang-in-t...
Happy Monday! Kim with you this morning to share a spring flowers kind of project! March begins in a few days, daylight will become more present which is the beginning of the end of winter! Yay! My project today features some new Lawn Fawn which can all be found in the Butterfly Reflections Ink shop! I started by die cutting my Dotted Square die by Lawn Fawn out of Neena Solar White and then die cut the centre with the MFT Peek-A-Boo Circle Windows (love that die set). I then stamped a bunch the flowers and the butterfly from the new Lawn Fawn Fab Flowers Set in multiple die inks. I used the matching dies and die cut all the images including one of the "Happies" from the Happpy, Happy, Happy Lawn Cuts set out of dark pink paper from the Watercolor Wishes 6 x 6 paper pack (these two new paper packs rock my little world...I will definitely need more). I then stamped my birthday sentiment from the Happy, Happy, Happy stamp set in Versafine Onyx black on lavender card stock. Once all of the elements were die cut, that beautiful plaid pattern paper from the new Rainbow Perfectly Plaid 6 x 6 was screaming my name so I cut a piece to place in back of the white panel, it worked beautifully with my images! I then used a variety of Nuvo Jewel Drops for accents along with my white gell pen. I really like the way this project turned out, the colors made me all kinds of happy! Have a great week! Kim

I'm made this simple encouragement card with the Fab Flowers stamp set from Lawn Fawn and the Words For Friends dies from My Favorite Things. I entered this card in the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge I started by stamping the flowers and leaves onto a piece of white cardstock, that I die cut with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables. I used red and pink tones to stamp with. Here are all the ink colors I used (all Lawn Fawn inks): Left flower: Wild Rose Ink + Lobster Ink Right flower: Lobster Ink + Cranberry Ink Bottom flower: Ballet Slippers + Wild Rose Ink Leaves: Freshly Cut Grass + Noble Fir I die cut the word Hugs from the Words For Friends die set. I applied Distress Inks onto the letters. I used Mowed Lawn and Lucky Clover. I added the letter to the panel, with foam tape. I adhered the panel onto a Cilantro cardbase and added some Nuvo Crystal Drops, in the color Red Berry, onto the card. This card is perfect for lots of occasions. Please check out the Lawn Fawnatics blog for the challenge. Thanks for visiting my blog. Please leave a comment and follow/ subscribe to my blog! Or e-mail me at [email protected]

Stay tuned!

I couldn’t wait to play with the Fab Flowers stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I used it, in combination with Lawn Fawn Inks, to create some birthday labels. This is also the first time using my Misti stamping tool. I started by die cutting a circle with the Small Stitched Circle Stackables from Lawn Fawn. I stamped the flowers in Lawn Fawn Inks. It’s a layering stamp set, so I used two different colors for each flower or leaf. Here are the colors I used: Pink flowers: Bubblegum Ink and Ballet Slippers Ink Purple flowers: Fresh Lavender Ink and Sugarplum Ink Yellow flowers: Butter Ink and Sunflower Ink Leaves: Minty Fresh Ink and Merman Ink I made two labels, with a different pattern. I stamped the sentiment, which is also from Fab Flowers, in Hippo Ink. I added the circles to a pink cardstock that I die cut with the Scalloped Circle Stackables from Lawn Fawn. I wrapped the presents with wrapping paper that matches the ink colors I used, and adhered the labels to the top left corner of the gifts. I’m not a good gift wrapper, but I always manage to hide it with fun wrapping paper, washi tapes and cute hand made labels. Thanks for visiting my blog.
