Sponge Cake au vanille au thermomix. Voici une recette de Sponge Cake au vanille, une recette simple et facile à préparer chez vous au thermomix. Ingrédients ( 8 Portions ) - 200 g beurre, à température ambiante - 200 g sucre en poudre - 200 g farine - 4 oeufs - 1 paquet levure chimique - 1 c. à café rase d'extrait de vanille liquide Préparation Préchauffez votre four à 180°C. Montez les blancs en neige . Mettre les 4 blancs d'oeuf dans le bol avec une pincée de sel et donner un coup de turbo. Ajouter le fouet et programmez 6 minutes en augmentant pogressivement la vitesse jusqu'à 3,5. Rerserver. Retirer le fouet et battre le beurre pendant 3 minutes V4 jusqu'à ce que le beurre devienne crémeux. Ajouter le sucre en poudre et mélanger 3 minutes V3, jusqu'à ce que le sucre soit complétement incorporé. Mélanger pendant 2 minutes V3 en ajoutant les jaunes d'oeuf petit à petit et en attendant bien que chaque jaune d'oeuf soit incorporé et l'extrait de vanille. A la main, dans un saladier, Incorporer délicatement les blancs en neige à cette préparation . Tamiser la farine et la levure et les ajouter progressivement à la pâte, en remuant doucement à la spatule pour que le mélange ne retombe pas. Verser votre pâte dans le moule et enfourner pendant 30 à 35 minutes.
