Bring to a boil, and boil for 4 minutes. Stir in the pectin, and continue boiling for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in the red pepper flakes. Pour into hot sterilized jelly jars. Place them in a hot bath for 10 minutes. Store in a cool place.
