Supplies needed: 2 inch wide masking tape and clear tape, a rubber stamp, card, a permanent black ink (I used stazon) Ink up your stamp. You need to use a stamp whose image is no wider than your tape. Also be aware not to use a stamp with any bold words or writing as the image will be reversed. Take a piece of either type of tape and tear a piece off to cover your image. Place the tape over the top of your inked rubber stamp and gently press down on the tape to transfer the ink from the stamp to the tape Peel the tape off your rubber stamp and tape it to your piece of card. The image has now been transferred from your inked stamp to your card This transfer was created using the masking tape This transfer was created using the clear tape There are various things you can do with the tape lift stamped image. Here I have used masking tape and stuck it directly to an acrylic background that I created earlier. Even though the masking tape has a cream tinge to it, you can still see the background through the tape You can also use alcohol inks over the clear tape image or you could sponge on dye inks over the masking tape image Have a play and have fun

There are many creative uses for medallions. And doing this has spawn a couple of other ideas. I am working on those ideas now. I love my Martha Stewart punch sets. I keep playing hoping to discover a new trick..Here is one. Here are the different medallions you can achieve using the different designs of the corner punches. Product List: Any corner punch from the Punch around the page sets Card stock paper trimmer or (ruler and craft knife) Tweezers These are just some of the designs that you can achieve using the different corner punch designs. Using your paper trimmer, cut 1 1/2 inch strips of card stock. Take your 1 1/2 inch strips and cut them into 1 1/2 inch x 1 1/2 inch squares. With the bottom of the punch facing you, take your square shape and carefully slide it into the punch corner side down. Slide the square down so that the corner of the sqaure matches and is even with the bottom corner of the punch. It will just about rest on the corner, and must be exact. Punch down. Pull the square out and rotate the square so that the next corner is ready to be punched. Turn it once again and punch. At this point, you may have a better handle on the square if you hold it with tweezers. Turn once again to punch the last corner. This is your finished madalion. This is a layout I did where I used the medallions on top of a punched strip. Let us know what other ideas you have for these medallions. I would love to hear!!

I love this stamp, but I found it very frustrating to position properly. I either had to use a stamping jig or stamp the image and cut the cardstock to make the image straight or centered. The other problem I'm having is storage space in my craftroom. I have a fairly big workspace, but I have a lot of craft stuff! The solution? It's a snap to change wood mounted stamps into unmounted cling-style stamps! Here's how you do it: 1. Use a metal spatula, I use a large icing spreader type tool, but any tool you can slide under the stamp without damaging it will do, to gently separate the stamp from the wood. If the stamp is older and the glue has hardened, pop the stamp into the microwave for 10 to 12 seconds to soften. 2. Once the stamp is separated from the wood, gently peel the sticker with the picture of the stamp off the wood block. There is more than enough 'sticky' on the stamp and the label to stick the label directly on the foam backing of the stamp. Trim with scissors to remove excess label. 3. Apply Aleene's Tack it Over and Over with a small foam brush to the back of the stamp. This will insure the stamp sticks to your acrylic block, or my new fav tool, the Fiskars Stamping Tool. Done! Try this tip, the stamp sticks and releases very easily, you can control the placement of the stamped image much better and best of all you can make room for new craft stuff!!

Good morning dear crafters, I hope you are all well, I've had such a busy week I can't believe it's Friday already, I've only made one card this week :o( ...and here it is, hello little butterfly Tilda in lovely lilacs. I had to step back and take another picture so you can see the over hanging bits :o) 2 tags, above wrapped so lovely heart tag and Bloomy tag below These gorgeous papers are Pion of course, I've used this digi image as my background and I can't remember where I bought it (any ideas?) I used the Magnolia wrapped so lovely heart die and stamped the pretty flowers on and coloured them to match the card. All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, painted with distress crackle paint, ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl, 2papers doilies and gem stones are from my stash. Magnolia Doohickeys leaf die & side tag, lace and heart charm. CHALLENGES; 1) TOMIC ~ Anything goes (Happy 1st Anniversary) 2) Midweek Magnolias wk 14 ~ Anything Goes 3) Magnolia Down Under ~ seeing double used 2 doilies, 2 tags, 2 images (one stamped and one digi) 4) Bunny Zoe's Crafts Challenge ~ Anything goes Don't forget today at 1pm UK time (a little earlier than normal this week) it's time for another Tilda's Town Challenge, hope you will join us.
