Am Ende des Corso Vannucci steht der Palazzo dei Priori, dessen Bau Ende des 13. Jh. begonnen wurde und dessen Erweiterungen bis ins 14. Jh. fortgestetzt wurden. Im Palazzo befindet sich der Collegio del Cambio, der von der Zunft der Geldwechsler und Bankiers, die seit 1385 einen der zehn Prioren stellten. Die Ausmalung des Sala dell'Udienza (Sitzungs- oder Audienzsaal) im Renaissancestil führte Pietro Vannucci, Il Perugino genannt, von 1496 bis 1500 aus, vermutlich unter Mitarbeit des jungen Raffael. Die Fresken zeigen Gestalten der Antike, Personifikationen der Kardinaltugenden, bibliche Szenen sowie ein Selbstbildnis Peruginos. Die Cappella di San Giovanni Battista (Kapelle des hl. Johannes des Täufers) wurde von Giannicola di Paolo, einem Schüler Peruginos mit Fresken zum Leben des Heiligen und der Taufe Christ als Altarbild ausgestattet.
