O remojar en agua fria y luego colar si son compradas y contienen salmuhera. 2.⚡Pelar y picar la cebolla añadir la carne picada de ternera o de cordero. Añadir el arroz,el eneldo, la menta y la pimientamolida. Mezclar todo muy bien. Reservar. 3.⚡Sacar las hojas que quedaron en el agua caliente y refrescarm con agua fría. Secarlas y estirar. Poner una cucharada de la mezcla de carne, arroz y frutos en medio de la hoja e ir cerrando como para hacer un paquetito. 4.⚡Cerrar por los lados y presionar un poco la hoja con los pulgares. Enrollar hasta formar un rollito. En el fondo de una ollaarmar una " cama" de hojas, por ejemplo las que esten rotas o sean muy pequeñas. Disponer los dolmades uno al lado del otro muy juntitos. Llenar la superficie de la olla y hacer una segunda capa de dolmades encima de la primera. 5.⚡Tapar los dolmades con un plato plano de un diámetro aproxal de la olla. Poner a calentar a fuego bajo y añadir un poco decaldo de verdura aceite de oliva. Cubrir a un nivel cercano al del plato. 6.⚡ Tapar y dejaremos cocer lentamente durante 40 minutos. Una vez que haya transcurrido este tiempo, apagar el fuego y rociar con zumo de limón, eso a gusto de cada uno. Se pueden tomar calientes o fríos. Se acompañan de una salsa de yogurt o salsa de huevo y limón.
