Found image. This CDV was a lucky find. The photography was done by Isaac Levey of Bournemouth and Lambeth. I take this to be Bournemouth beach. Is this about 1880? Even the older girls are wearing little tilted hats and the elder boy has a very elaborate sailor suit. They were certainly very well dressed up to go to the beach but it is nice to see that their mother is relaxed about sitting on the sand.
