Ez egy "otthonról hozott" recept. Talán ez volt életem első önállóan elkészített levese. Meg sem tudom mondani, hogy hányszor került már az asztalunkra. Nagyon szeretjük, mert kevés hozzávalóból, hamar elkészül és nagyon finom, krémes leves. Hozzávalók 4 főre: 0,5 kg krumpli 1 tk só kevéske bors 2 gerezd fokhagyma 0,5 leveskocka 2 ek liszt 3 ek olaj 1 kk pirospaprika 1 nagy tejföl (3,3 dl) fele A krumplikat megmossuk, meghámozzuk, és felkockázzuk. Egy fazékban feltesszük főni kétszer annyi vízben, mint a krumpli. Sózzuk, borsozzuk, belezúzzuk a fokhagymát, és beledobjuk a leveskockát. Amikor már majdnem puha a krumpli, akkor az olajon megpirítjuk a lisztet, lehúzzuk a tűzről és kevéske vízzel (kb 0,5 dl) hígítjuk, folyamatos kavargatás mellett, majd mehet bele a pirospaprika, végül a tejföl. A meleg leves léből merünk bele pár kanállal, elkeverjük (hogy ne csomósodjon be a leves), és a levest kavargatva beleengedjük. Hagyjuk felforrni.
