Hi stampers! We're on day three of our display stamper blog hop and I hope you're loving the sneak peeks so far! If you're new, make sure to go back and check out days one and two and then come back for the rest of the week! I hope you're not getting sick of the Myths & Magic suite yet because I've got more coming up. I promise you'll get a break from it soon though :-) This suite really is SO cute and I guess I went a little heavy on the samples but can you blame me? You don't even have to use the stamp set much! The DSP is great for your main image which is what my two samples today feature. I cut this little mermaid out and used her to make a shaker card! This project is a little different but it's super cute! I just took one of our clear boxes and made a little wizard diorama. I fussy cut my wizards and the castle from the DSP and used the Picture Perfect Paper Ribbon for grass. Isn't it cute? You could do the same with the smaller unicorns too, I think! I have to say, my hubby gave me the idea for this one when he walked into my office and saw ALL this stuff ALL OVER the floor LOL! That's it for me today and I promise a new stamp set up tomorrow :-) Hop on over to see what Charlet has for you today, you'll love it! Here is today's attention grabber. Since I had the stamp out for yesterday's Stamp Review Crew blog hop, I threw together this card. (Products used are listed at the bottom.) Love, love, LOVE the sparkly wonderfulness of the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper! Photos just don't do it justice. And that glimmer paper wing? That was an "opportunity for embellishment" that turned out looking better than my original design! On to the craft room organization..... and a reminder. I have included affiliate links to the products that I bought, and recommend, on Amazon. If you click the link and buy something, I get a tiny fraction of a percent of the sale. It helps me support my crafting addiction hobby! This disclaimer is also at the bottom of every page on my blog. For ribbon storage, these bins are so perfect, you'd think they were made specifically for Stampin' Up! ribbon. I mean, seriously, look at how neatly the rolls fit! And the bins stack, too! This is how I store the Washi Tape and Baker's Twine. Again, it's such a perfect fit, it's almost like they were designed just for washi and twine! I have two units, stacked. I keep acrylic blocks, various adhesives, Stampin' Mist, and envelopes in this clear container. The little wooden box beside it holds the stamp scrubbers, Stampin' Pierce mat, and foam pad for the Big Shot Die Brush. My daddy made that box; it's not available for purchase. My ink refills (every color!) fit in this bin in the drawer unit that slides under my desk. I made little chipboard dividers to separate the color families. And, actually, there are two bins stacked in the drawer - the one underneath has the Memento refill, spares of Basic Black Archival, retired colors, etc. Helpful hint: Punch a 1/4" circle of the coordinating colored cardstock and glue it to the top of the ink refill caps. You can tell at a glance which color you are searching for! This is what my happy place looks like! Everything I need is within easy reach of my desk, or within a short scoot of my wheeled office chair. I love being able to see everything, but not if it's a jumbled clutter. I have one Big Shot on my desk, set up for dies with the magnetic platform. The other "Mr. Big" is in front of the ink pad storage unit, and is set up for embossing folders. The ink pads and punches are in Stamp n' Storage units, with stamp cases stored on top. My hubby had to put up an extra shelf for the stamp cases. *grin* I'm saving the paper storage reveal for another time because it's still a work in progress. Friday 14 December 2018 The Tutti-Frutti Suite in the 2018 Occasions Catalogue is full of "cute images and vivid colours designed for simple stamping"! I love the freshness of this suite and the fruit looks good enough to eat! With such beautiful papers to showcase I was reluctant to cover them up as they really are the star of the show! The Fruit Basket stamp set is available in a bundle with the Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack - although for these strawberries I did fussy cut them. I'm hoping these fabulous Black Rhinestones will continue on from the Holiday Catalogue but if they don't you can colour the Basic Rhinestone Jewels with the new Stampin' Blends. Of course there is co-ordinating ribbon - Lemon Lime Twist 3/8" (1 cm) Mini Striped Ribbon. How cute is that? The fonts in this stamp set are sweet and simple too, and a little corny! This cute little box is perfect to hold a selection of mini cards. Mini cards are the rage at the moment and this suite makes creating these a breeze. These images are perfect too for a little home décor! This 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4") canvas is going to look super cute in my friend's kitchen. I mixed some ink from the Pacific Point stamp pad lid with a dab of embossing paste and water using my Aqua Painter and painted it onto the canvas. The embossing paste made the colour stick and absorb into the canvas. The little clear accents are from the new Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes - "perfect for raindrops and bubbles". The colours in the Tutti-Frutti Suite look great with my "balloon photo shoot". The girls were great sports and humoured their mother! I made this journaling card using co-ordinating products and the Starburst punch makes a great focal point and "speech bubble". I love the new Tutti-fruitti Adhesive-Backed Sequins - Stampin' Up!® think of everything! Have a great weekend - 10 days till Christmas!

Hello and Happy Sunday to you! I hope you are enjoying your day. Today I wanted to share a card that I made last week. Oddly enough, I wasn’t intending on making this or any card while I was on FaceTime visiting with a friend. Along with a few paper scraps, I had a piece of Shimmery White cardstock sitting on my desk along with the (unopened) Beautiful Peacock stamp set. While we were chatting away, I just started stamping with some colors that I liked and this was the end result . The stamp set is photopolymer so it is really easy to see exactly where you are stamping on your cardstock. I love that! After I stamped the image, I added a little popped-up piece of Glimmer Paper over the wing along with some rhinestones and shimmer ribbon. The Shimmery White cardstock really ties it all together. Plus, the clean design makes it easy to drop this card in the mail to brighten a friend’s day. Both the Beautiful Peacock stamp set and the Shimmer Ribbon Pack are exclusive to Stampin’ Up’s Sale-A-Bration and are FREE with a qualifying order. You can get one for free with a $50 order or both for free with a $100 order. There are also many other awesome options in the Sale-A-Bration catalog. (

Thanks for stopping by and welcome to Mitosu Crafts. We are sharing 4 card fronts from our display samples at the Stampin' Up! The bird was coloured with the Stampin' Blends then fussy cut with Paper Snips. The tail was also cut then angled to sit better within the card design Island Indigo Ombre Ribbon was adhered across the card front about 1/3 from the bottom Wood Textures Designer Series Papers were used with the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch and Layering Circles Framelits Dies The sentiment was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento then snipped and arranged diagonally This card uses the same bird design but stamped in Basic Black Archival, coloured with the Watercolour Pencils, fussy cut and the tail was left as stamped The new crepe Picture Perfect Paper Ribbon in Lemon Lime Twist was adhere in 6 rows with Tear & Tape then framed with Wood Textures DSP on Mini Stamping Dimensionals Linen Thread was wrapped around the Whisper White card 3 times and the crepe paper ribbon was used to create the leaves behind the parrot; colouring the middle with Stampin' Blends The Sheet Music Background Stamp was used for this next card, masking where the 2 budgies were going to be stamped first The birds were coloured with Stampin' Blends before sponging the Whisper White base in Sahara Sand and Crumb Cake ink Added a strip of Basic Gray card on the left and tassels of Silver Mini Sequin Trim and Linen Tread on Basic Black Baker's Twine with the sentiment punched with the Classic Label The mats for this card is from the new Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Papers on page 29 Glossy Cardstock was gutted first with the square Stitched Shapes Framelit to get the topper. Good Day Crafty Friends, Welcome, I hope you are having a fabulous day. Today, I am sharing the final group of cards made using the Free SAB Sweet Soirée Memories & More Card Pack. Card Designs #17 - 23 Design # 17 This card uses some retired DSP - substitute or a simple Old Olive Ink splash should suffice. I have simply layered the small “Hello” Memories & More Card over the DSP, then using the stitched shaped Framelits I have cut the hearts from a Small card and layered it on top. Add some bling and it’s done. Design #18 Again, using up some retired DSP I have layered the card front with striped Old Olive DSP, adhered the Small colourful Memories & More Card in the centre. Then I’ve added Old Olive Card which was heat embossed in white using the best wishes sentiment - stamped three times. Design #19 Another simple one layer Card which you can omit the stitching from. This is simply a large Memories & More Card Cut down to fit the card base. Design #20 Again, simply a large Memories & More Card with some stitching which can be omitted. I left the sentiments off these two as I would like the opportunity to add one at a later date eg thanks, congrats etc Design #21 I am going to admit, I really didn’t like theses cards, they were all in a pile according to colours and were left till last. However, when I was mucking around with different orientations I stumbled across this design and found it appealing. I layered the top card with Whisper White before attaching it on an angle over the other Small Memories & More Card with grid lines. Adhere layers to the large card which was attached to the card base with Tombow. The sentiment from Cake Soirée was stamped in Black Archival Ink and cut using a circle from the Stiched Shapes Framelits. To finish it off I added a flower and leaves inked in Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Old Olive & Lemon Lime Twist. Design #22 Only one of these were made as the other portions of the Memories & More Cards were used on previous designs. So basically this card and the next are one offs. The card front has been embossed with the Hexagons Folder and attached to card base. I have layered Berry Burst Card begins the M&M Card pieces and attached to card front with dimensionals. The sentiment was white heat embossed on Berry Burst Card and cut apart to be attached to card. To finish off the card, some White Bakers Twine was wrapped around the card front and a bow attached. Design #23 This is the only card that uses a coloured card base - Old Olive. Using the large Memories & More Card, I have cut it into four using a stitched shape Framelit. These were layered with Whisper White card before attaching to card base. The Cake was stamped in Black Momento and coloured using Stampin’ Up! Blends. I really love the Cake image but didn’t use it heavily in this set of cards as I am waiting on the Dies! So the cake was fussy cut. A delicate doily was placed in the centre, Old Olive die cut square layered over this before adhering the Cake. The sentiment was white heat embossed onto Rich Razzleberry Card and adhered with dimensionals. That’s it folks - all 44 Cards, 23 designs using the Free Sale-a-bration Card pack. It honestly took longer to photograph and Blog the cards than to make them. But I am now sorted for Birthday Cards for a few months. Hope you enjoyed my “One Pack Wonder” I have had so much feedback about this concept I may consider doing a “One Pack Wonder” with every Memories & More Card pack Stampin’ Up release. Wishing you all a wonderfully creative week. Stay crafty, until next time
