The big celebration my parents tell me was when I finally POOPed on my own! Here is the TMI part! Guys! 3 weeks ago I was STILL celebrating when I went potty! I have NEVER been regular. IBS all the way! I have tried everything! Increase your fiber they say, eat more fruit, try a stool softener, the list goes on and on. A doctor once told me what was normal for me was normal. That IS NOT CORRECT! I talked to you yesterday about my weight loss and my increase in energy! I truly believe it is because my system is regulated!
