We made these today before heading to the gym but they would also be perfect for an afternoon treat on a hot summer day or for a little something to satisfy your late night sweet tooth. Blueberry Cheesecake Kefir Smoothie 1/2 cup Lowfat Blueberry Kefir 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup low fat or fat free cottage cheese 5 ice cubes (more or less depending on the consistency you like) 2 teaspoons sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1 packet of stevia Optional: crushed graham cracker and a few blueberries for topping 1.) Put all ingredients in the blender until smooth. Top with crushed graham cracker and a few extra blueberries if desired. Sidenote: If you decide to add protein powder to your smoothie (which Justin has done and loved), you may wish to leave out the stevia depending on how sweet your protein powder is to avoid it being too sweet.
