The "souped film" or the "filmsoup" is a small picture film that is manipulated with various substances. In order to obtain the desired effects, it is necessary to first place the film completely or partially in liquids. After this process, the film is dried again so that it can be used in the camera. PLEASE NOTE THE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ON THE USE OF THE FILMS! The film AGATE is an experimental film that was manipulated by me by hand. The sample images show some of the results with the film AGATE. The negatives were digitized by myself after the development. The production process of the film AGATE leaves clear traces on the film canister. Please don't let this irritate you. Even if several films have been inserted into the same substances, each film remains unique. There is no 100% guarantee that the results will later be as you saw them here from my sample photos. But that's exactly what makes photography with manipulated films exciting and I hope you feel the same way. Have fun taking pictures and let yourself be surprised by the results! IMPORTANT NOTES ON THE USE OF THE FILMS: To create the effect of the film, the film was placed in various liquids and then dried by hand. The film - especially the beginning of the film - can be a bit wavy. Cameras with automatic film feeder sometimes require a little patience before the film can be rewound into the camera. The film canister can have clear traces of the film sound. Please contact your photo lab in advance if it develops Filmsoup films. Of course, you can also develop the Filmsoup film yourself. Please note that your development chemicals may be affected by the Filmsoup Film. Since it is an experimental film, the effects of each individual film can vary, even though they have been inserted into the same liquids. Photographs that can be seen online with this film serve as examples. The camera used, the lighting situation and the camera settings can affect the colors and intensity of the effects of the filmoup on your photographs. The use of a manipulated film is basically possible in any analog camera. However, please keep in mind that HANALOGITAL cannot guarantee its smooth use in your camera. The risk of damaging your camera with a manipulated film cannot be completely ruled out. HANALOGITAL assumes no liability for damage to your camera.
