It can help new students learn the concept of breath-body coordination, gradually improving the awareness to move further into other flows like Easy Pose Variation Side Bend Hand On Knee Flow or Circle Of Joy, which are also seated mini flows that focus on breath awareness with the movement of the arms. Included before the pranayama practices, this warm up flow can help in understanding the concepts of Sama Vritti (Square Breathing) and which also ensures the lungs are active and efficient. This flow teaches students the complete breath cycle while the spine moves in different directions, and this very same breathing concept is practiced in all yoga poses, with full awareness. Easy Pose Warm Up Flow helps boost energy in the body and hence can be included in flow yoga sequences. Easy Pose Warm Up Flow is considered a warm-up yoga pose to prepare the body for more intense yoga poses / yoga flows.
