Fattoush is one of the most refreshing and flavorful Middle Eastern Salads you ever did try. It's made with fresh romaine, tomatoes, radishes, mint, parsley, and Persian cucumbers. To take it over the top, it's tossed and topped with crispy pita croutons and the most simple lemon and olive oil-based vinaigrette with a hint of sweetness from pomegranate molasses and runny honey- the latter completely optional. You're going to love the simplicity, the marriage of flavors, and that freshness-feel in every single bite. Perfect for hot summer days, or year-round. Bring this different salad to your next potluck or barbecue and watch it disappear.
