It's also a one-bowl job: One-Bowl Orange-Ricotta Pound Cake ** Notes: Important: You must use a 9x5-inch loaf pan or 10x5-inch loaf pan or something larger for this recipe, or, two 8x4-inch loaf pans, otherwise the batter may spill over into your oven, and the cake will not bake evenly. If you only have an 8x4-inch loaf pan, I would recommend not filling it higher than 3/4 or even halfway to be safe. You can bake off the remaining batter in smaller pans or you can wait till your first loaf is done; then bake off the remaining batter in your cooled and cleaned loaf pan. I often use three mini loaf pans, because this is a great one for gifting.

Cacao Amargo Relleno Dulce de Leche Repostero a gusto Cobertura 250 gr aproximadamente Chocolate Cobertura Semiamargo En un bowl, mezclar el Huevo, la Miel, el Aceite y la Ralladura (o Emulsión) de Naranja. En otro bowl, mezclar la Maicena tamizada, la Harina Integral, el Polvo de Hornear y el Cacao. Incorporar a la mezcla anterior y unir sin amasar. Dejar reposar la Masa cubierta con film en la heladera por 30 minutos. Luego, estirar con palo de amasar y con un cortador de galletitas redondo cortar círculos y disponerlos sobre la Sartén Essen (sin necesidad de lubricar, gracias al antiadherente) o sobre una fuente para horno enmantecada o forrada con papel manteca (si vamos a cocinarlas al horno). Cocinar en la Essen a fuego mínimo o en horno precalentado a 160ºC por 10 minutos. Dejar enfriar por completo. Luego, con una manga de repostería sin boquilla (o una bolsa tipo zip-lock a la que podemos cortarle una punta o lo más simple, con una cuchara) rellenar las Tapitas con el Dulce de Leche Repostero y armar los Alfajores. Derretir el Chocolate a baño María o en el microondas en un bowl pequeño y cuando esté templado, sumergir los Alfajores, usando un tenedor para darlos vuelta dentro del bowl y poder bañarlos de ambos lados. Disponerlos sobre una fuente forrada con papel manteca hasta que solidifique el baño de Chocolate.

Choose a full-flavored baking apple, and one that won't fall apart once baked. A trip to the apple stand at your farmers' market would be a good place to get advice about a local variety that's good for baking. You want one that's full-flavored, and to my taste, on the tart side. (If you like sweet apples, you could certainly use those.) I offered up a few varieties that are widely available in the post. To dial down the richness, you can swap out half-and-half for the cream in the recipe. Calvados is apple brandy from Normandy. You can substitute another apple brandy. If they're not available, you can use brandy, Cognac, or dark rum. If avoiding alcohol, omit the brandy and double the vanilla extract, although the tart gets its name, and flavor, from the brandy, so the taste will be different.
