A beautiful antique brooch crafted in warm 15 carat gold. This lovely piece features an apple green central stone set in a millegrain edged setting. I have tested the stone but cannot get an accurate reading, however I believe it to be a peridot. This is framed by pretty floral details studded with seed pearls. The bar is 40mm long and has a c clasp fastening. The brooch is stamped ‘15ct’ for 15 carat gold. It is antique, likely from the late Victorian or Edwardian era. It is in a good antique condition. This colour scheme is reminiscent of the suffragette jewellery popular in that era. The brooch weighs 2.05g. The box in the photos is not for sale. The brooch will be delivered in a jewellery pouch or box.
