En välkommen-till-världen-present! Att ha en extra stor, i detta fall ca 70x90 cm, behövs alltid tycker jag. Då kan barnet dessutom ha det som mys-filt länge. Till filten sydde jag lite matchande tillbehör. Av slattarna som blev över gjorde jag ett namnhänge. En del använder det ju som barnvagnsmobil, men här hemma har vi numera våra som namnskyltar ovanför dörren till barnens rum. Djungeltyget går att matcha med nästan vad som helst. Titta här till exempel hur fint Makrill har matchat med gula kantband och olika stjärntyger. Små bebisar är ju ganska ömtåliga, så jag sydde sömmarna med flatlock (i inlägget om kalsonger har jag skrivit mer om flatlock). Mössa, tröja och byxor fick 2-trådig flatlock där jag sydde avig mot avig för att få de snygga "strecken" att komma fram i sömmen. Tröjan är i omlott och är tänkt att kunna användas som ett extra lager när det är lite kallt i sommar. Det blir ju enkelt att ta av och på med omlottkofta när man slipper dra den över huvudet på de där små filurerna. Byxorna ville jag skulle få lite röda detaljer, så jag sydde byxor med grenkil fram och bak för att få flatlock-sömmen att synas tydligt. Matchande scarfar fick det också bli. Kräk, dreggel eller för att värma halsen; de kan ju användas för lite olika syften. Baksidan är i muddtyg och jag sydde in ett extra lager för förstärkning där knapparna skall sitta. Sömmen mot halsen brukar jag vändsy så att inte sömmen skall skava. Mönster: De flesta mönster är egna. I Ottobre 6/2008 finns ett annat mönster på en omlottkofta. Byxorna är från Ottobre 1/2009.
