Impasta 250 g di farina setacciata con un pizzico di sale, 2 uova sbattute con 4 cucchiai di olio, 50 g di zucchero e il mix di lievito fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Dividilo in 8 palline di 4 cm circa, sistemale sulla placca imburrata e infarinata, ben distanziate, coprile con un telo e lasciale lievitare per un'ora. Poi cuocile in forno a 180° per 40 minuti o finché saranno gonfie e dorate, e falle raffreddare. Profuma 200 g di confettura di pesche con un po' di liquore centerbe (o di rum) e spalmala sulla parte piatta delle palline di pasta e uniscile a 2 a 2 per formare le pesche; spennellale di alchermes finché diventano belle rosse, falle rotolare nello zucchero e poi lasciale asciugare. Sistemale nei pirottini di carta e decora con foglie di menta o limoncina.
