Second tome de la série la plus étonnante de la nouvelle collection "32" de chez Futuropolis. En 2007, la France s’enfonce lentement mais sûrement dans la crise. Les trois héros de cette chronique de la guerre civile ordinaire sont Gautier, Morvan et Ricard, les dessinateurs et scénaristes. Ils se mettent en scène dans des situations de plus en plus extrêmes. Morvan, devant reconduire un éditeur japonais à son ambassade à Paris, trouve refuge chez son ami dessinateur. Mais il devient de plus en plus dangereux de se déplacer dans Paris. Les bandes rodent et l’armée bloque certaines artères. Notamment le quartier des ambassades. Morvan parviendra à passer en reconnaissant un militaire qui l’a formé lors de son service national. Mais au retour, le barrage est attaqué, le militaire est grièvement blessé. Morvan ne veut pas l’abandonner et va le conduire à ses risques et périls à l’hôpital. Action haletante, cas de conscience, peur et angoisse, la série semble avoir trouvé son rythme, les grandes pages permettant au dessin de Gautier d’exprimer ce chaos grandissant.
