Designed for a narrow lot with a rear entry Garage, this plan still boasts some great features that make it seem bigger than it is. The unique Entry into a private courtyard leads you to the front door by way of a traiditional Italian Loggia. The Family Rm enjoys views to this private courtyard, including an exterior fireplace and bbq area, as well as wide expanse of glass/view to the front.
