... all it takes is love, trust, and a little bit of fairy dust. This time, I have a card-in-a-box to show you. For this card I've used the Stampin' Up! magical (warning: you can't stop using it once you've tried it!) "Fairy Celebration" stamp set. I chose to color the stamped images with the aqua painter and Stampin' Up! ink. I hope you like it! Unfolded the card looks like this: ... with the card-in-a-box my set is complete for the display during my open house. Have a wonderful weekend! Hugs, Laura
This is a hard card to photograph so I hope you can get a good picture of what I have created. It's a tri-fold card with the left hand fold having the fairy (which I snipped around) and the right hand fold having the designer series paper. Open the card and the inside is blank for your own message. Here's an angle to give you a better look at the tri-fold. Hello there, This magical fairy card made with the new stamp set Fairy Celebration, #141554 would be so perfect for a little girl. I even went out of my comfort zone and added glimmer paper for that s
We are talking about our favorites over at SSI and I have lots of them. But I am picking my daughter's favorite stamp set today and that is Fairy Celebration: So cute right? I have big plans for this stamp set. Here is the first card I created with it: I used the Blooms and Bliss DSP for the background and for my color palette. Mint Macaron is like my absolute favorite color and it pairs so nicely with Blushing Bride! I added some Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper for some extra sparkle. Instead of the cherries, I added some flowers on the tree branch. I had to watercolor that little fairy on some Shimmery White DSP, here is a closer look: I love using the aqua painter here to give it a true watercolor look. I used Sahara Sand for her skin, Soft Suede for her hair and the tree branch, Mint Macaron for the leaves on the branch and her skirt and Island Indigo for her shirt and Blushing Bride for the inside of her wings. I used an Island Indigo Stampin' Write Marker for the edge of the wings and coated them with the clear Wink of Stella Glitter Pen. Here is a peek at the inside: I like the idea of the the little fairy subtly stamped on the bottom. Of course she has some glitter on her wings as well! Thanks so much for looking. Head over to SSI to see the other designer's favorite news stamps.
One of my favourite new stamp sets from the new catalogue is Fairy Celebration. It's just perfect for whimsical cards and little girls! ...
Welcome to this weeks challenge at What Will You Stamp? This week the set we are showcasing features something that is close to lots of little girls hearts, fairies. Come see what we have created with the the lovely Fairy Celebration stamp set I chose to use my Water colour pencils to colour my little fairy, I'm still getting used to them as I normally go straight for ink and an aqua painter, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well colours I was able to blend and fade the colours with a blender pen. Rich Razzleberry is the prefect accompaniment for Sweet Sugarplum, and compliment my Bermuda Bay Fairy. I love the little "fairy dust" stamp in the set, it adds a great touch to the top of the card. Welcome to the Crazy Crafters Blog Hop. This month we are excited to have a special guest join us Sarah Berry from the UK! Now even better we get to CASE a project and hop along with Sarah herself! Woo Hoo! We hope you find great inspiration from the projects. The full blog lineup below will help you move along to see all the projects. This is a blog hop you will not want to miss out on! My inspiration came from this amazing collection of cards!! I was inspired by the card design and layouts. The colours look fabuolous Sarah! So I created a Fairy Party! I began by prepping all my pieces of cardstock, vellum and DSP (measurements below) and I stamped the Crumb Cake card base with Soft Suede ink and the fairies in Melon Mambo I then began sticking all the layer together and finished it all off with some light Pink Pirouette marker colouring and a cute bow made from Blushing Bride solid bakers twine. Try making this set of 4 cards! Cardbase in Crumb Cakecardstock, A4 cut 2 in half at 10.5cm and scored at 14.9cm and 2 in half at 14.9cm and score at 10.5cm. Front: x4 Pop of Pink DSP Strip x2 @ 1/2" x 4-1/8"/ x2 @ 1/2" x 5-7/8" x4 Pop of Pink DSP Panels x2 3-1/8" x 4-1/4"@ / x2 @ 2-7/8" x 3-5/8" A4 sheet of Vellum cut into 4 panels each 4-1/8" x 5-7/8" x4 Basic Black Frames x2 @ 2-7/8" x 4" / x2 @2-5/8" x 3-5/8" x4 Whisper White Panels x2 @ 2-3/4" x 3-7/8" / x2 @ 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" Be inspired with this colour combination, feel free to share and pin it! Welcome to another week of What Will You Stamp? To participate in this week's challenge and to see all the great projects from the Design team using this set be sure to visit the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog or simply click the photo below. This week we were challenged to use the Fairy Celebration Stamp set. Fairy week! Yay. Even though out of 15 boys that we have in our circle of friends only 1 is a girl - I still get really excited about little girl cards. I have used Watercolor Paper to stamp these images. I carefully coloured them with a blender pen and a little ink pooled in the ink pad. I love the control you have when using Watercolor paper and a blender pen. I'm always looking for new ways to use my dies and punches. I was playing around and found that if you trim the top off the Scallop Tag that it looks a bit like a cloud. It layers well with the classic label punch too! Love the colour combination? Pin and share it. Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed seeing my project please leave me a comment I'd love to hear what you think! Now, get stamping and submit your project over at WWYS#113 Don't miss out on your favourites - the RETIRED LIST is available online now. You must hurry some items have already sold out. You can shop online with me and be sure to use the HOST code PWARNMMU so you can receive a special thank you gift! Be sure to mark June 1st into your planners - NEW CATALOGUE COMMENCES! Even my boys are excited for it.
Magic Slider Card
I used the Stampin’ Up! Fairy Celebration stamp set and the new 2017-19 In Colors to create my card to share today.
Happy Birthday! Have a magical celebration! May your wish come true!
Spannend he!

This weeks Global Design Project #075 Theme Challenge is Winged Creatures. I tried to think out of the box and grabbed my Fairy Celebration stamp set which works perfectly thanks to a level friend. I paired the current Just Add Ink #347 Colour Challenge - Pear Pizzazz, Mint Macron, Perfect Plum and Rose Red. My hands have not been playing nicely the last few weeks but I persisted in colouring the image using my Blender Pens. I actually like the sketch style that it ended up having. I added a few extra colours into the image Crumb Cake for her hair, Pink Pirouette for her skin and Soft Sky to create a background for the fairy image. I finished the layers in the card with the Sending Love Glassine Sheets and using the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder with the Big Shot. I added Wink Of Stella to her wings for a final touch. A close-up look at my colouring and Wink of Stella Don't forget to FOLLOW my Blog by email to keep up to date
Joining in with this week's Global Design Project - Theme: Winged Creatures My first thought with this weeks theme was to use a butterfly, dragonfly or maybe even a bird. I even went as far as pulling out the Picture Perfect stamp set and then thought...Fairies!!! Here is what I came up with using the Fairy Celebration stamp set. Once again I have used Irresistibly Floral Designer Series Paper, if you have been following my blog you have most likely seen it a number of times recently. This time I added Bermuda Bay, Early Expresso, Peekaboo Peach and Daffodil Delight. My final touch was to add some Fine-tipped Glue to the cherries to give them a little gloss. Thank you for stopping by, Rosalie SALE-A-BRATION NEWS More items added for you to choose from FREE products!!! I love that the Global Design Project are featuring Stampin' Up!'s peach and tangerine tones in their challenge this week. Orange is such a joyful, warm, vibrant colour! Hello everyone!! Another week with a fabulous sketch to inspire us from Sarah Berry, a very talented demonstrator from the UK, as part of Strawberry Sketches #SS008. Here is the sketch we are working with this week: And here is my creation: I used Bermuda Bay card stock as my card base and matt and Whisper White Thick for my layers. I stamped an image and sentiment from the new Fairy Celebration stamp set, and coloured using various Stampin' Write Markers. My colouring needs a lot of practise but I'm getting there. A list of products I have used to create this project is below Also this week The Crazy Crafters Team are blog hopping with Sarah Berry as their special guest.
