What would you think if I told you there are easy DIY Birthday cards you can make in 5 minutes? Grab some of your pretty designer paper or scrapbook papers and use the video tutorial to follow along. You can make a stack of Birthday cards very quickly with this card layout!

Hi everyone, I am still working my way through the Subtles 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Assortment. These cards use the 4 sheets of Highland Heather patterned paper. I cut the Designer Series Paper into 7.5cm strips, you will get two strips. I then cut each strip in to 7.5cm x 11.8cm and 7.5 x 3.4cm pieces. You will get 8 cards from the 4 sheets of patterned paper with only a very small piece of waste. The floral image is from the stamp sets Hand-Penned Petals which was stamped with Black Memento, Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Old Olive ink. The sentiments are from Celebrating You and Peaceful Moments stamp sets, I made 4 Mother's Day cards and 4 Happy Birthday cards. To finish the cards some of the 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds in the Fresh Freesia were added. I hope you enjoyed this set of card. Good Afternoon Everyone Today I have a project for you for our Share it on a Sunday series. Now these have to be the most ridiculously easy cards I have ever made. But, thanks to the amazingly beautiful detail and patterns in the DSP - you dont always have to have lots of things going on to make a pretty card. I've used the Fragrant Flowers bundle along with the FREE Salebration Favoured Flowers DSP coordinates perfectly. What's great is if you buy the bundle, you can get the DSP for Free! Insert Measurements - per card Basic Black Card Stock 1pc - 5 7/8" x 8 1/4", scored 4 1/8" Basic White Card Stock 1pc ' 5 5/8" x 3 7/8" Favoured Flowers DSP 1pc - 4" x 3 3/4" 1pc - fussy cut or die cut cluster ---------------------------------------- Take the basic black card Stock and fold along the score line to create your card base. Add the basic white panel to the inside and the fragrant Flowers dsp to the card front. Either fussy cut or die cut the flower cluster, and one of the Stitched labels in basic white. Stamp the Hello sentiment towards the right of the label and add towards the right of the card front. Adding the flower on dimensionals to the left, overlapping the label. It really is that simple! Hi Stampers! Happy 2023 to everyone! I hope this year is full of lots of Stamp Happy moments for each and everyone of you! I thought we would start off the stamping year with a simple card design that features two pattens of DSP, some pretty ribbon, enamel dots, and a greeting. Let’s look at the cards: To create these cards I used new products from the Stampin’ Up!®️ January - April 2023 Mini Catalog. For the greetings I used the Framed Florets stamp set. This stamp set was an early release set from this mini catalog. The ribbon is the Night of Navy Bordered Ribbon, and the enamel dots are from the Enamel Dots Essentials. The co-stars of the show are the two collections of Designer Series Paper (DSP): Country Gingham 6” x 6” DSP and the Regency Park 6” x 6” DSP. Both collections have a casual country feel and the collections feature some of the same colors allowing the two collections to pair well with one another. The Country Gingham DSP contains 48 sheets - 8 each of 6 double sided designs in Balmy Blue, Mint Macaron, Petal Pink, and Sweet Sorbet. There are several gingham patterns to choose from. The Regency Park DSP has 48 sheets - 4 each of 12 double sided designs in Balmy Blue, Mango Melody, Night of Navy, Petal Pink, Shaded Spruce, and Sweet Sorbet. each of the designs has the look of denim. Watch the video to see each pattern included in the DSP collections and to see how I assembled the cards CREATING CARDS WITH TWO PATTERNS OF DSP VIDEO FOR ALL CARDS * Night of Navy card base - 11” x 4 1/4” scored and folded at 5 1/2” * Basic White panel for inside card - 5” x 3 3/4” * For greeting Framed Florets stamp set and Night of Navy & Basic White cardstock * Night of Navy ink * Stylish Shapes Dies - Squares, 2nd and 3rd largest * Night of Navy Bordered Ribbon - two pieces per card - one piece that is about 4 1/2” long to go between the two pieces of DSP; one piece that is 5-6” long for the bows * Enamel Dots Essentials - Night of Navy - 3 per card * Adhesive of choice, glue dots, dimensionals, and cellophane tape * The DSPfor all cards is cut as follows: - Select the two patterns of DSP, put one on top of the other and put in your paper trimmer. Cut both pieces at the same time at 4” x 5 1/4” - Next cut the stacked papers at 2 1/4”, this makes two pieces of DSP that measure 4” x 2 1/4” and two pieces that measure 4” x 3” each. There are enough pieces of DSP to create two cards. Hi everyone, I am playing along this week with the challenge at Sunday Stamps. The challenge this week is a fun colour challenge using the graphic below as inspiration. I have used the Pierced Bloom Dies, Art Gallery stamp set and Floral Gallery Dies to create my card. The patterned paper is from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper Pack with flowers created from Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Smoky Slate, Old Olive and Basic Black cardstock using the Pierced Blooms Dies. The 'Happy Birthday' from the Art Gallery stamp set was white heat embossed before die cutting with the matching die from the Floral Gallery Dies. Hope you like this project. Thank you for visiting.
