Hello Everyone! Thanks so much for joining us for another challenge at Sunday Stamps. Hayley here as your host for the week and I have brought you a sketch to work with. I have been going through all of my Designer Paper trying to come up with some fast, simple cards to add to my stash as I have been running low on a few, masculine birthday cards in particular! So, break out your favorite Designer Papers or go the extra mile (like some of our fabulous design team members have done!) and stamp the panels, the choice is up to you! The Design Team members are all Stampin' Up! Demonstrators but feel free to use any brand of product you'd like. Please provide a link back to us in your Post. Sometimes simple is all you need. Welcome back to another challenge at Sunday Stamps!. This week we are working with a sketch and here's what I made using a flower die cut from the Fully Flowering Ephemera Pack. Some of the flowers in the pack are blank and ready for you to color with your favorite media. For this creation I colored a blank flower cluster using Blackberry, Petunia Pop and Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends to match a piece of Thoughtful Journey 6" x 6" DSP I chose for my card center. I then die cut a circle out of a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Irresistible Blooms Dies. This was then layered onto a piece of Petunia Pop cardstock followed by a Blackberry Bliss card base. I added a sentiment from the new Unbounded Love stamp set and a few Purple Fine Shimmer Gems to finish off my card. Here's this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps! To play along with this weeks new challenge, simply follow the Sunday Stamps! guidelines below: Use any brand of products you have; Link your new project you created for this challenge (no backlinks) to the Sunday Stamps! blog; Provide a link to the Sunday Stamps! website and/or the challenge picture in your post; Feel free to combine our challenge with up to four other challenges; and most of all- Have fun creating with us! Each and every one of you are fabulous and it was an agonizing choice because of the amazing talent we had to choose from. I have been making cards since 2007 and love using many mediums and all things inky! My current passion is coloring with Copic markers. Happy Mother's Day! We are experiencing some beautiful weather here in Minnesota. Hope you are too. Today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! and here's what I made using the Flowers of Beauty Bundle (item 163376). I kept my card quite simple, in that I only stamped the sentiment and focused on the dies in the Flowers of Beauty Bundle. And can I just say how awesome the large die cut leaf is and the oodles of flowers you will get with one run through your die cutting machine?! My card follows this weeks new color challenge at Sunday Stamps! below. To join in on the fun and to showcase your creativity, simply create a card following the Sunday Stamps! challenge guidelines below: Use any brand of products you have; Link your new project you created for this challenge (no backlinks) to the Sunday Stamps! blog; The colors from the challenge must be the primary colors on your project. Please do not combine our colors with other color challenges. Provide a link to the Sunday Stamps! website and/or the challenge picture in your post; Feel free to combine our challenge with up to four other challenges; and most of all- Have fun creating with us! This weeks challenge will end on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 6:00 pm EST. For my creation, I decided to make a money/gift card holder on the front of the card and not actually have a "card". The new 3/8" In Color Bordered Ribbon is fantastic. It is soft and easy to work with and it ended up being the closure for my card. Note: Probably for the very first time I did NOT use Dimensionals to create my card! Say what?? I barely never ever not use Dimensionals. And no I am not sick or anything-lol. It just seemed to not need it this time and especially since I made the card open the way it does. I die cut flowers using Peach Pie and Moody Mauve cardstock and added some Calypso Coral ink to the Peach Pie flowers using a Blending Brush to add more dimension to the flowers. I love how it turned out. I paired my flowers with a Peach Pie pattern of Unbound Beauty DSP and a die cut rectangle from the Everyday Detail Dies. The circle for my sentiment is also from the Everyday Detail Dies. And finally, to finish off my card I added a few 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems. Don't miss out on this beautiful bundle in the Unbound Beauty Suite (163390). Place a $50 order using Host Code: 2CWRZSV7 and you will receive the Fully Flowering Ephemera Pack (item 163762) as my thank you gift. Hello, crafty friends. It's Sunday and that means its time for a new challenge at Sunday Stamps! and here's what I made using the Honeybee Home stamp set and matching Honeybee Blooms Dies from the upcoming January - June 2022 Mini Catalog. I am a sucker for flowers as most of my customers know so this bundle is rated on the awesome scale for me. The Honeybee Home Bundle is part of the Heart & Home Suite Collection and coordinates perfectly with the Blessings of Home Bundle. There are lots of goodies in this suite that I consider "must haves". I colored the flowers using Calypso Coral, Just Jade and Shaded Spruce Stampin Blends and added some Garden Green die cuts from the matching Honeybee Blooms Dies set. I adhered my flowers to two patterns of DSP from the Heart & Home 12" x 12" DSP following this weeks new sketch challenge by Heather. To play along, simply follow the challenge guidelines below: Use any brand of products you have; Link your new project you created for this challenge (no backlinks) to the Sunday Stamps! blog; Provide a link to the Sunday Stamps! website and/or the challenge picture in your post; Feel free to combine our challenge with up to four other challenges; and most of all- Have fun creating with us! This weeks challenge will end on Friday, December 24, 2021 at 6:00 pm EST. The Heart & Home Suite also contains matching Memories & More Cards and coordinating Cards and Envelopes, a Hive 3D Embossing Folder, Classic Matte Dots, Denim Ribbon and coordinating paper doilies!!! Happy Sunday, crafty friends! Today, I have a sympathy card to share with you using the Sending Smiles Bundle. As most of you know, I love flower stamp sets so it should not be a surprise to see me creating with the Sending Smiles Bundle. What a great bundle this is. I love that it has many different sentiments and that each of the flower images has a matching die. Pair this with your Stamparatus and you can make lots of floral cards easily. For this creation, I chose to work with Blackberry Bliss, Crushed Curry, Fresh Freesia and Soft Succulent inks for my floral arrangement and paired it with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder. Isn't the Fern 3D Embossing Folder just stunning? I see lots of new creations using this fun embossing folder. :) My card design follows the new challenge at Sunday Stamps! created by Claire. To play along with this weeks new challenge, simply follow Sunday Stamps! guidelines below: Use any brand of products you have; Link your new project you created for this challenge (no backlinks) to the Sunday Stamps! blog; Provide a link to the Sunday Stamps! website and/or the challenge picture in your post; Feel free to combine our challenge with up to four other challenges; and most of all- Have fun creating with us! This weeks challenge will end on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 6:00 pm EST. To make the Fern 3D Embossing Folder really pop, I added a second layer of cardstock behind it for an added look of depth without adding Dimensionals to it. I did, however use Dimensionals for the flowers and die cut sentiment. We are in the last days to scoop up retiring products from the Last Chance products list! Don't miss out! Happy Sunday Peeps!! It is Sweet Sunday Sketch Day! Here is the sweet sketch Karen has for us this week: I am always a bit intimidated by sketches with little small elements like the squares on this one. I never really know what to do with them. I had no plan for this card at all until yesterday while at work the thought came to me to do the Santa suit with HO, HO, HO in the small squares. I first started out with some white and real red but quickly switched to a more vintage color palette for my card. The white just looked to stark, I like the more vintage feel of this card. I started with Crumb Cake and then a layer of Early Espresso and then another layer of Crumb Cake that I embossed with the Textured Script (non SU) embossing folder. I then sponged this with a distressing ink. The Santa Suit is made with Cherry Cobbler card stock and I embossed that with Lucky Star EF. I matted this piece with more Early Espresso card stock. and mounted to my base piece with dimensionals. I then cut a piece to be the belt and added it across the lower portion. I used a punch and some Champagne Glimmer paper for the buckle. I used the retired Billboard Sizzlits Decorative Strip to cut my Ho's! I added some circles for his buttons and layered one of the HO's with more glimmer paper. Now let's see what the rest of the girls did with this fun little sketch: Karen Giron Barbara Anders Jenny Peterson-off this week Dana White Jackie Pedro-off this week Karen Motz Lori Telcer Lynn Put Sarah-Jane Kale Tracy Clemente-off this week Jodi Collins Lisa Henke Thanks for stopping by today Vicki

Hello, crafty friends. I hope you are enjoying a relaxing weekend. This past week I have been busy with summer and spending time with family and friends and as a result took a little time off from crafting. I can hardly believe we are now at the end of July! The summer (and time) is moving so fast! I did step back into my craft room to play along with the new challenge at Sunday Stamps!. Since I have so many birthdays in July and August, I chose to make a birthday card using the Shaded Summer stamp set and coordinating Summer Dies. I love the Shaded Summer stamp set and the coordinating Summer Shadow Dies! I also love the fact that Stampin' UP! carried them both over to the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog as the dies were a past SAB item. For this project, I decided to emboss the images in gold and pair it with the Silver & Gold 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper from Sale-a-bration. After embossing the images, I colored them with Fresh Freesia, Daffodil Delight and Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends and then arranged them according to the sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps! This weeks challenge will end on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 6:00 pm EST. I liked how well my card turned out that I decided to make a few more in different colors. You can see them in my video below. In the video, you will see that I also made matching gift card holders for each card using the Mini Pocket Envelope Dies which is also a "must have" if you ask me. ;) AESTAMPS A LATTE NEWS: Earn FREE PRODUCT when you shop with me! Hello CTK Friends! I'm here to share how I was inspired by today's Sunday Sketch. I instantly saw this sketch turned 90 degrees, and it also inspired me to cut a long piece of cardstock from the Jun
Happy Sunday! Today starts a new challenge at Sunday Stamps! and I decided to try out the Trusty Tools Bundle with the coordinating Trusty Toolbox 12" x 12" DSP and Heartfelt Hellos stamp set from Sale-a-bration. Although there are images in the Trusty Tools Bundle and the Trusty Toolbox DSP that can be die cut out, I wanted to try out the dies all by themselves and see how they worked. There are lots of possibilities in creating and "accessorizing" these tools. lol I choose to snip parts off each die cut piece and add them together to create a multicolored drill and wrench with each piece sponged with coordinating ink before adhering them together. It was super fun to experiment with the dies themselves. For example, notice how I have a "designer wrench" which has embossed Crushed Curry accents on it. Now it looks more like a wrench I might use! lol! My card design follows this weeks new sketch challenge by Heather. I used the Stampin’ Up! Petal Palette stamp set bundle to create my card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.
Hello, crafty friends. Today, I have a creation using the Christmas Season Bundle to share with you for this weeks new challenge at Sunday Stamps! You won't believe this, but I made this card in a matter of minutes. How? By making a template for all of the images in the Christmas Season Bundle set with my Stamparatus. Now all I have to do is place my template into the Stampartus and then add the stamps into the correct die cut area and then close my Stamparatus plate to pick the stamps up to be ready to be inked up. Don't you just love that pinecone? This is a two-step image. I first stamped the solid pinecone image using Crumb Cake ink and then stamped the thinner/outline image on top of it using Early Espresso ink. The remainder of the images were stamped using Evening Evergreen, Soft Suede and Cherry Cobbler ink. I love how my stamped images just pop off the page with my Basic white panel which was embossed with the awesome Timber 3D Embossing Folder. My card design follows the new sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps! by Heidi: To play along, simply follow the challenge guidelines below: Use any brand of products you have; Link your new project you created for this challenge (no backlinks) to the Sunday Stamps! blog; Provide a link to the Sunday Stamps! website and/or the challenge picture in your post; Feel free to combine our challenge with up to four other challenges; and most of all- Have fun creating with us! This weeks challenge will end on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 6:00 pm EST. I love the Christmas Season Bundle because each stamped element can be die cut out and it also contains large die cut shapes that can be used with the coordinating Christmas to Remember Bundle or any word stamp set you like since there are several different sizes. For this card, I used the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Peaceful Deer stamp set. Hello, and happy Sunday crafty friends. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. My daughter and her boyfriend are in town visiting so my heart is full. :) Today starts another new challenge at Sunday Stamps! and here's what I made using the Peaceful Deer bundle. While my boys are deer hunting again for the second weekend, I am creating with my deer set too. lol For this creation, I paired the cutest deer and matching punch set with the Peaceful Prints DSP from the August - September 2021 Sale-a-bration. For this creation, I used Soft Suede and Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends to color the deer. To keep the theme of my Sahara Sand and Real Red colors and to make my deer really pop, I added Sahara Sand stamped trees behind the deer. Coloring the Peaceful Deer is a breeze and has become one of my favorite sets in the July - January 2021 Mini Catalog.
