We loved the variety of what was on offer as well as the proximity of all the activities and camping. Camp Bestival Shropshire is promising to be even bigger and better next year so watch this space!

can’t wait to discover it all with the nippers and a different outfit on every half an hour! see you there.” we’re very excited to welcome the ramshackle beauty of caravanserai to the fields of lulworth for the very first time! a unique venue caravanserai is a convoy of english and french artists, gypsies and beatniks who have set up an encampment for weary travellers and wanderers to rest and recharge. they welcome you to have a tipple in their amazing cocktail bar and explore or lounge in their bric-a-brac camp built form old vehicles, curiosities and objects d’art they have found on the road. it’s a laidback hangout in the afternoon and positively rambunctious at night, so be sure to pay them a visit! Camp Bestival 2019 was the incredible family friendly escapism that served up some of the best live acts this summer. The uber family-focused 'festi-holiday' called 'Camp Bestival' is set within the stunning grounds of Dorset's Lulworth Castle and takes place July 25th - 28th 2019. The festival has secured headline acts such as Nile Rogers & Chic, Grandmaster Flash, A Skillz, Jess Glynne, Sister Sledge, The Human League and of course Mr Tumble! in the tradition of the kinks and the small faces and around at the same time as ian dury and squeeze, chas & dave wrote and recorded exceptionally witty songs about life in london, performed with a strong affection for all things english in the tradition of the great music hall artists that had come before them. in their case, however, the musical accompaniment to their sharply observant material was neither rock nor punk but solid, no-nonsense rock’n’roll, a sound that they’d both grown up on and one that stays with them to this day. it’s these songs that have ensured that the boys have continued to tour for over 30 years to sold out audiences across the world, enchanted by their east end charm and effortless ability to rock any party which is why we’re so chuffed that they’ll be leading a 10,000 strong proper cockney knees up down on the castle stage at camp bestival this summer. everything you need to know about running away to the circus – check our the camp bestival website, facebook & twitter. ticket info ticketline / 0844 888 4410 adult weekend ticket (inc. camping) – £195 adult tickets are for anyone aged 18 or over on 31/07/2014 student weekend ticket (inc. camping) – £180 student tickets are for students with valid ID between 31/07/2014 age 15 to 17 weekend ticket (inc. camping) – £113 age 15 to 17 weekend tickets are for anyone aged 15 to 17 on 31/07/2014. these ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 30* age 11 to 14 weekend ticket (inc. camping) – £88 age 11 to 14 weekend tickets are for anyone aged 11 to 14 on 31/07/2014. these ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 26* * NB: all teens (aged 11 to 17) MUST camp in the same area as their families with a maximum of 2 teens per adult (over the age of 26) age 5 -10 weekend ticket (inc. camping) – £20 these ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21* age 4 and under weekend ticket (inc. camping) – FREE (but ticket still required) age 4 and under weekend tickets are for anyone aged 4 and under on 31/07/2014. these ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21* camping plus plot – £125 advance car parking – £11 campervan ticket – £72 per vehicle caravan/trailer tent ticket (includes a car parking space) – £83 all tickets: will incur a booking fee, and are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold. disclaimer: we will be receiving family camp bestival 2014 tickets in return for previews and reviews of this year’s festival. of course it goes without saying we will be honest and our views and opinions will be our own. sharing is caring : Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window) Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Click to share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)
