Voici une petite recette que j’avais pris je ne me souviens pas trop ou mais qui fut bien apprécié chez moi. La seule chose c’est que la prochaine fois je vais très probablement remplacer la sauce tomates par du ketchup ou moitié moitié. 450 g de poulet 2 carottes 1 oignon 1 poivron vert 1 rouge 2 céleri 1 ananas ou 350 grammes d'ananas en conserve 1 tasse de sauce tomate 6 c. à soupe de vinaigre 3 c. à soupe de sucre 1 c. à soupe de sauce aux huîtres 2 c. à soupe de sauce soya 1 c. à soupe de fécule de maïs -Couper la viande de poulet en morceaux de 2 cm carré environ, macérer une heure avec du sel, poivre, et la sauce soya. -Chauffer 500 ml d'huile de canola. Frire les morceaux de poulet préalablement enduits de farine, à feu modéré et mettre de côté. -Couper l'oignon, les carottes, les céleris et les poivrons en lamelles. -Couper l'ananas en deux dans le sens de la longueur, récupérer les morceaux d'ananas et les mettre de côté. Les deux parties du fruit seront utilisé pour servir le mets. -Mélanger dans un bol, le sucre avec la sauce tomate, le vinaigre, la fécule de maïs ou de manioc, le jus d'ananas récupéré, la sauce d’huître et ajouter du sel. -Faire sauter les légumes, ensuite verser les morceaux de viande de porc, les ananas tranchés puis la sauce. Super Tender Must-Try Braised Pork Ribs
Je raffole de ce genre de plat tout-en-un qui regorge de beaux et bon légumes à saveur asiatique. J'ai pris cette recette sur le site, Le Poulet du Québec. 2 c. à table d'huile de canola 1 gros oignon tranché finement (ajout personnel) 1 poivron rouge coupé en lanières 1 poivron jaune coupé en lanières 1 poivron orange coupé en lanières 2 1/2 tasses de pois mange-tout équeutés (mis mcx salade romaine) 454 g (1 lb) de lanières de poulet 2 c. à table de gingembre frais haché 3 gousses d'ail hachées 1/3 tasse de sauce hoisin 1/4 tasse de sauce soya 1/4 tasse de sirop d'érable 1/4 tasse de bouillon de poulet (pas mis) 2 oignons verts émincés (pas mis) 2 c. à table de graines de sésame noir ou blanc (décoration et facultatif) Dans un grand poêlon à feu vif, chauffer 1 c. à table d'huile de canola et sauter les poivrons, oignon et les pois mange-tout pendant 3 à 4 minutes. Réserver. Toujours dans le grand poêlon, ajouter le reste de l'huile de canola et sauter les lanières de poulet pendant environ 5 minutes pour leur donner une belle coloration. Ajouter ensuite l'ail et le gingembre, puis faire revenir le tout environ 1 minute sans qu'il y ait coloration ni de l'ail ni du gingembre. Ajouter la sauce hoisin, la sauce soya, le sirop d'érable et le bouillon aux lanières, puis bien remuer pendant 5 minutes afin que tous les goûts se mélangent. Quand le poulet est bien cuit, ajouter les poivrons, les pois mange-tout et les oignons verts et continuer la cuisson 2 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que tout soit bien chaud. Rectifier l'assaisonnement au goût. Au service, garnir les plats avec les graines de sésame.

Préchauffer le four a 375°F 2. Dans un bol mélanger les assaisonnement a chili avec le paprika, le miel, le vinaigre et l'huile d'olive 3. Déposer les hauts de cuisse sur une plaque de cuisson, puis les badigeonner avec les ¾ du mélanger préparé. 4. Cuire au four de 18 à 20 minutes en badigeonnant les hauts e cuisse avec le mélange restant quelques fois en cours de cuisson, jusqu'à ce que l'intérieur du poulet ait perdu sa teinte rosée. Photo Ariane Lemieux Ingrédients 6 c à soupe de sauce soya 6 c à soupe de bouillon de poulet (ou de l'eau) 6 c à soupe de vinaigre de riz 1 à 2 c à soupe de gingembre frais 3 gousses d'ail haché 4 c à thé de fécule de maïs 2 c à thé de paprika 2 c à thé de sembal oelek 1 c à thé d'huile de sésame grillé 1 tasse de sucre 3 c à soupe d'eau 2 poivons rouges coupé en lanières 3/4 tasse huile de canola 2 lbs de haut de cuisse de poulet désossés sans peau couper en cube 1/2 tasse de farine 2 oignons émincé Sel Poivre Préparation Dans un petit bol, mélanger la sauce soya, le bouillon, le vinaigre, le gingembre, l’ail, la fécule, le paprika, le sambal oelek et l’huile de sésame. Réserver. Dans une petite casserole, mélanger le sucre et l’eau. Porter à ébullition et laisser mijoter jusqu’à ce que le mélange caramélise légèrement, soit environ 5 minutes. Ajouter le mélange de soya. Porter de nouveau à ébullition en fouettant constamment. Réserver la sauce hors du feu. Dans une grande poêle antiadhésive, attendrir les poivrons environ 3 minutes dans 2 c. à soupe d’huile. Réserver sur une assiette. Dans un bol, saler et poivrer le poulet. Ajouter la farine et mélanger jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien enrobé. Retirer l’excédent de farine. Dans la poêle qui a servi aux poivrons, dorer une moitié de poulet à la fois dans le reste de l’huile (2/3 tasse) de manière à avoir un fond d’huile d’environ 3/4 po. Ajouter de l’huile au besoin. Égoutter sur du papier absorbant et réserver au chaud. Poursuivre avec le reste du poulet. Jeter l’huile. Dans la même poêle, réchauffer la sauce.
