In gorgeous vintage colors, this menu has wonderful graphics and we love the girl in her swimming costume and dainty shoes, reflected in a champagne glass. Frolics was the largest nightspot on the New England Coast in the 1950s and boasted a seating capacity of 1250. Located in The Center in Salisbury Beach for more than 40 years, it was set amid the Kodachrome palette of penny arcades, skeeball, fried clam shacks and a rollercoaster. Frolics attracted a loyal dine and dance crowd and you could spin your partner on the dance floor till 1am. Everyone from Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, through to Aerosmith, performed there. The venue was demolished in 2000. Courtesy Private Collection. Gallery quality Giclée print on natural white, matte, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using Epson K3 archival inks. Custom printed with border for matting and framing. All printed in USA. Each print is accompanied by a copy of the interior menu.
