Voici un gâteau aux pommes spectaculaire, enrichi de crème pâtissière. Il est super bon. Ce délice conquerra tous les palais. Cette recette est tout simplement fabuleuse. Le gâteau crémeux aux pommes vous captivera au premier coup d’œil. Et chaque bouchée de cette merveille vous procurera un plaisir incomparable. Je vous attends en cuisine pour la recette. Préparation: 25 minutes Cuisson: environ 35 minutes Portions: 12 (110 Kcal par portion) Ingrédients Pâte: 2 œufs 6 g de levure chimique 10 cl de lait 200 g de farine Sucre glace 1 pomme 50 g de stévia Crème: 1 œuf 15 g de maïzena 25 g de stévia 25 cl de lait Préparation Comment faire le gâteau crémeux aux pommes? Préparer la pâte Laver la pomme et la trancher finement. Battre les œufs avec la stévia jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient mousseux. Verser le lait. Tamiser la farine avec la levure, les ajouter au mélange, en remuant avec une spatule. Recouvrir un moule rectangulaire de papier sulfurisé et le badigeonner de beurre. Y disposer les pommes et les recouvrir du mélange préparé. Réaliser la crème Dans une casserole, fouetter l’œuf avec la stévia et la maïzena. Ajouter le lait et faire épaissir, en remuant continuellement. Laisser refroidir. Assembler le gâteau Préchauffer le four à 180 degrés. Mettre la crème dans une poche à douille et la répartir en damier en surface du gâteau. Enfourner pour environ une demi-heure. Laisser refroidir, décorer de sucre en poudre et servir le gâteau crémeux aux pommes.
