Iedereen lijkt er verstand van te hebben behalve jij? Dit kan gelukkig anders, want met deze 5 tips kun je gelijk als kunstkenner aan de slag. Oké, dit is een beetje overdreven, maar zo kom je al een heel eind. Deze tips zijn lekker praktisch en goed te gebruiken. Bijvoorbeeld als je kunst wilt kopen of als je naar feestje, een museum of een galerie gaat. Tip 3 Achtergrondinformatie verzamelen, even Googlen doet wonderen Kunstwerken gemaakt in een andere tijd, in een ander land en door iemand met andere denkbeelden geven ook een andere kijk. Je kan boeken over kunstgeschiedenis lezen om zo meer te leren, maar je kunt natuurlijk ook alles op google opzoeken. Houd het simpel om te beginnen. Maak een spiekbriefje. Onthoud 1 schilder, de tijd, de stroming en een titel van een schilderij. Tip 4 Kijk op je eigen manier Iedereen heeft gelijk! Er is niet één manier om naar kunst te kijken. Het niet mogelijk om kunst op te lossen. Ook mensen die er verstand van hebben, kunnen dit niet. Wat is de boodschap van de kunstenaar? Deze boodschap kan voor iedereen anders zijn. Kijk dus gewoon op jouw manier naar wat jij ziet. Je zou kunnen zeggen dat een brief schrijven dan toch duidelijker is. Al moet je daar ook vaak tussen de regels door kunnen lezen. Maar nu je dit weet over kunst, kan je jezelf wel gelijk presenteren als een kunst pro (met een knipoog). Iedereen heeft toch gelijk! Nog even in het kort. Hoe kom ik over als kunst pro? Erg belangrijk is toch even huiswerk vooraf maken en niet vergeten om interessant te turen. Het is erg handig om vooraf een stuk of 3 kunststromingen uit je hoofd leren. Daarnaast zorg dat je de informatie van google paraat hebt, opgeslagen in je telefoon. Zo nu hoor je al bij de 20% van de kunst-pro’s. Ik weet zeker dat iedereen onder de indruk zal zijn. Vergeet niet om je mening te onderbouwen als een extra kunstkenner en 3 stromingen te noemen. Kom je er niet meer uit. Kies dan voor de strategie, dat de kleuren en de lichtinval die de kunstenaar gebruikt heeft je opvallen. Klinkt heel interessant. Tip 5 Fantaseer Een goede interpretatie wordt sterker, als je je verbeeldingskracht de ruimte geeft. Durf te fantaseren. Zeker bij het kijken naar moderne en abstracte kunst is dat erg belangrijk. Veel schilders houden van iets geks en laten je net iets anders zien. Ga op zoek naar deze andere invalshoek. Dit maakt het schilderij dubbel zo interessant. Let op de kleuren, lichtinval en kleine details. Welke schildertechnieken zijn toegepast? Fake it until you make it! Zorg dus, dat je je van tevoren inleest. Een uurtje is genoeg, kopieer al de highligts over het event en plak ze in je notities op je telefoon. Als je in het museum loopt, kies dan per zaal een schildrij uit dat je wilt zien. En verdiep je daarin. Houd het simpel. Zo kom je helemaal over als een pro. Nu je dit allemaal kan toepassen, gaat er een wereld voor je open. Veel kunst kijkplezier. Blijf je het lastig vinden om naar kunst te kijken? Dan kan het leuk en interessant zijn om een rondleiding met een gids te boeken in het museum. De kunstexpert geeft veel meer achtergrondinformatie en kan je wijzen op details en veel gebruikte symboliek uit de kunstwereld. Daar doe je enorm veel kennis mee op. Nog een extra tip. CURCUMA LONGA "Queda prohibido no sonreír a los problemas, no luchar por lo que quieres, abandonarlo todo por miedo, no convertir en realidad tus sueños" Pablo Neruda La Cúrcuma o Cúrcuma Longa, ya la vimos en este blog, pero hoy quiero referirme a otro de los muchos descubrimientos que continuamente nos está deparando este “oro molido”, como es su utilidad en el tratamiento de procesos neurodegenerativos tipo Parkinson o el temido Alzheimer. "La tierra que no es labrada llevará abrojos y espinas aunque sea fértil; así es el entendimiento del hombre" Teresa de Jesús La cúrcuma es una especia de las más utilizadas en la medicina ayurvédica, sistema más antiguo de medicina holística en la India. Ayurveda significa "La ciencia o el conocimiento de la vida". La mayoría de las especias tienen poderosas propiedades medicinales, muchas por descubrir, que es precisamente el motivo por el que han sido utilizadas para promover la salud desde la antigüedad, miles de años antes que la medicina moderna sustentada por la industria farmacéutica, apostase “exclusivamente” por los medicamentos sintéticos. Desde hace años, la cúrcuma y su ingrediente activo la curcumina, han brindado poderosos beneficios a la salud cerebral. Una de las formas en las que trabaja, similar a la vitamina D, es modulando una gran cantidad de genes, de hecho, se ha demostrado que la curcumina influye en más de 700 genes. Los investigadores de la revista Currente Pharmaceutical Design señalan: "La mayoría de los enfoques farmacoterapéuticos actuales en la EP (enfermedad del Parkinson) están dirigidos a la reposición de la dopamina en el estriado. Aunque estos medicamentos brindan alivio sintomático durante el principio de la EP, muchos pacientes desarrollan complicaciones motoras en un tratamiento a largo plazo. Además, los medicamentos para la EP no abordan con eficacia los temblores, la inestabilidad postural y los trastornos cognitivos. Lo más importante, la mayoría de estos medicamentos no exhiben efectos neuroprotectores en los pacientes. Por consecuencia, las nuevas terapias, que involucran antioxidantes naturales y productos/moléculas vegetales con propiedades neuroprotectoras están siendo explotados para la terapia adyuvante." Distintos estudios respaldan el uso de la curcumina La curcumina atraviesa la barrera hematoencefálica sirviendo como agente neuroprotector para una amplia variedad de trastornos neurológicos, reduciendo la inflamación y el daño oxidativo en el cerebro. La curcumina alivia los efectos del agotamiento de glutatión, que causa estrés oxidativo, disfunción mitocondrial y muerte celular y que es una de las primeras características en presentarse de la enfermedad del Parkinson. La curcumina evita la muerte neuronal dopaminérgica por medio de la inhibición de la vía JNK y por lo tanto ofrece un efecto neuroprotector que podría ser benéfico para la enfermedad del Parkinson. Las proteínas alfa-sinucleinas lentas pueden causar amontonamiento, que es el primer paso de la enfermedad del Parkinson. La curcumina ayuda a evitar que las proteínas se amontonen.
