This 22-page tutorial provides full color step-by-step instructions to make your own Prism peyote triangle ball ornament. Instructions are provided for finishing this beautiful ornament with a complimenting bicone hanger. Word charts are included. The ball is 11 rows. The finished ornaments measure 2.36 inches (6 cm) in diameter. There are 13 bead colors in the Prism Ball. It takes approximately 25g of delica beads per ball. Materials: Size 11/0 delica beads, polyfil stuffing, 6 lb fireline, beading needle, headpin, bicone, and druk or Czech spacer. I personally prefer the Czech spacer over the druk. A single strand is a good investment if you like to make these balls and will last you a while. This pattern is designed so that a person with knowledge of peyote stitch can complete this ornament. Peyote triangle is also helpful, but instructions are provided. This ball started out as most do with some mental picture in my head and challenge to use all the colors in the IBW logo. The ball size was determined by the number of colors such that there was an even multiple around the circumference. Much time was spent getting the colors just right. The ball design itself pulled me back into the optics classes from a long time ago with the bending of light, and thus the Prism name. It was a joy to design and bead. Pattern Language: English Thank you for respecting the copyright of my design. This pattern is for personal use only. You may sell beadwork you make from my design; but not hire others to do so under your name.
