'Oak Point', the Harrison Williams estate originally built for Winslow S. Pierce and designed by Babb, Cook & Willard c. 1903 with Delano & Aldrich alterations c. 1926 (for Williams) as well as the addition of a playhouse. Williams was president of North American Holding Co. which controlled a very large portion of the public utilities in the United States.
