Ako možda planirate svečani ručak i razmišljate šta da poslužite gostima dok ne stigne glavno jelo, ili vam trebaju neki zgodni zalogajčići za rođendan, proslavu ili promociju, vrlo praktično rešenje stiže u obliku jestivnih kašičica i korpica. Dobra strana je što ih možete pripremiti ranije i servirati neposredno pred dolazak gostiju. Nisu nimalo komplikovane za izradu a sa svakim novim nadevom dobićete drugačije ukuse, to su već tri dobra razloga da ih što pre isprobate!:))) Kašičice od lisnatog testa (video pripreme možete pogledati ovde) Sastojci (za 10-12 kašičica): 250 g lisnatog testa + dip od patlidžana Dip od patlidžana: 1 patlidžan, 150 g kremastog sira, 1 čen belog luka, 2 kašike ulja, so, biber Priprema: Lisnato testo razvijte, ali ne suviše tanko, pa uz pomoć kašičica isecite modele (kao na slici). Ostavite bar 0,5 cm svuda oko ivice jer će se lisnato testo malo skupiti preilikom pečenja. Poređajte modele na pleh preko papira za pečenje, a preko svakog modela stavite metalnu kašičicu (peku se zajedno sa njima:), biće vam potrebno desetak kašičica. Stavite sve u zagrejanu rernu i pecite 10-15 minuta na 200 C dok testo ne porumeni. Sačekajte da se prohladi, pa pažljivo skinite metalne kašičice sa testa. Kašičice od testa možete napraviti par dana ranije i čuvati u kutiji do upotrebe. Kašičice od testa možete puniti slanim i slatkim nadevima po želji. Za dip od patlidžana, ispecite patlidžan u rerni zajedno sa korom, pa kad omekša oljustite i usitnite u blenderu. Dodajte neki kremastiji sir, sitno seckani beli luk, malo ulja, so i biber po ukusu. Sve fino izmešajte da dobijete homogenu pastu, pa prebacite u dresir vrećicu. Istisnite po malo fila na svaku kašičicu i sve ukrasite rendanom šargarepom i listićima peršuna. Čuvajte na hladnom do posluženja. Jestive kašičice možete napraviti i od prhkog testa, jedan recept je upravo ovde.:) Korpice od lisnatog testa sa tunjevinom Sastojci (za 24 korpice): lisnato testo koje je preostalo od kašičica + dip od tunjevine Dip od tunjevine: 180 g tunjevine, 200 g krem sira, 1 kašika seckanog peršuna, so, biber po ukusu, nekoliko maslina za dekoraciju Priprema: Testo koje je preostalo posle seckanja "kašičica" skupite ponovo bez puno mešenja. Razvijte vrlo tanko i okruglom modlicom izvadite krugove. Kalup za mini mafine obložite testom sa svih strana i izbockajte malo viljuškom. Pecite 10-15 minuta na 200 C tek toliko da blago porumene. Kad se korpice prohlade, izvadite ih iz kalupa i napunite dipom do tunjevine ili nekim drugim po želji. Za namaz od tunjevine potrebna je jedna veća konzerva tunjevine i kutijica krem sira. Sve fino usitnite u blenderu ili ispasirajte viljuškom. Dodajte malo soli i bibera po ukusu, limunov sok i seckano peršunovo lišće. Pripremljenu smesu stavite u dresir vrećicu i napunite korpice. Na svaku korpicu stavite po polovinu masline i dekorišite listićem peršuna. Čuvajte na hladnom do posluživanja. Mašnice od testa U pozadini se vide pržene mašnice od testa koje se spremaju veoma jednostavno. Potrebna vam je testenina u obliku mašnica koju treba skuvati na uobičajeni način. Zatim sve dobro ocediti i prosušiti kuhinjskim papirom. Napraviti mešavinu od 1 kašike kukuruznog brašna, 1 kašičice mlevene paprike i 1/2 kašičice čili pahuljica. Posuti preko mašnica i sve dobro promešati. Nakon toga pržiti u zagrejanom ulju par minuta dok ne postanu hrskave, pa ih izvaditi na kuhinjski papir. Posle se mogu grickati kao svake druge grickalice.:)

With work kicking into high gear along with hosting my direct reports for the annual team appreciation lunch at my house plus some other events, this week whirled by. Click "Read More" below to continue post I am excited to share this incredibly easy appetizer that is a true winner for any party or simply nibbling on a Friday night. I typically adorn with salami but thought pepperoni would be a nice touch along with a bit of Basil Vinaigrette. The combination was delicious. They can be made ahead of time and kept in an air tight container then simply arrange on a platter or plate and enjoy. You can drizzle the basil vinaigrette or serve on the side – you choose. The recipe is a bit loose and I am sharing for 24 skewers plus the vinaigrette. Just curious to learn about the various ways that you have made these little nibbles. Pepperoni Caprese Bites with Basil Vinaigrette Makes 24 24 Mini Mozzarella Balls 24 Basil Leaves 24 Slices of Pepperoni 24 Small Cherry Tomatoes 24 Toothpicks Thread the mozzarella ball first then fold the pepperoni in half and half again and thread onto the toothpick.
