The architect and developer (and co-owner of upscale pizzeria Varuni Napoli) was drawn to the modern home’s strong geometric lines and minimalist design, and he immediately contacted the realtor. After touring the 2,574-square-foot house, he made an offer on the spot.

The collection is known for its fruit designs and gold embellishments. This set of 4 Aynsley Orchard Fruit Design butter pats can be used as dipping plates, butter pats, or amuse bouche dishes. Each plate features a vibrant orchard fruit design on cream background and are signed by Artist, D. Jones, who was active from 1938 to 1969. One of the most spectacular, dazzling stained glass windows of the Arts & Crafts movement is to be found in the west window of St Laurence's church, Ansley. It is the work of Karl Parsons, one of Christopher Whall's most gifted pupils and dates from 1930.. It seems to be virtually unknown as a major work of art, and yet is without doubt one of the finest pieces of Arts & Crafts stained glass to be found anywhere. Parsons' became celebrated for creating such works of dazzling brilliance, and this ranks amongst the best of them. His most famous windows are at St Mary's, Bibury and All Saint's Porthcawl (details of both were considered good enough to be used for Christmas stamp images in the mid 1990s). The window depicts a seated Christ in Glory above, flanked by angels, whilst below a gorgeous seraphim bearing a star is flanked by St Laurence and St Agnes. The bottom row shows the Virgin & Child with children being presented by young angels either side. The window is dedicated to the memory of W.G. Phillips, great grandfather of Captain Mark Phillips (father of two of the Queen's grandchildren)
