Two gables with decorative brackets complement the gabled front porch with a metal shed roof on the front of this 4-bed Craftsman house plan. French doors welcome you into the foyer where you have views extending to the back of the home straight ahead. Take a shortcut to the kitchen through the butler's pantry by the dining room on your right. The back of the home has an open floor plan with a 2-sided ventless gas fireplace providing the only separation between the keeping room and family room. Behind sliding doors, the Kid's Room has built in desks and seating and helps reduce clutter while keeping the kids present. The eating nook has access to the screened porch in back which has plenty of room for furniture. All the bedrooms are upstairs as is the laundry. The flex room is a good spot for kids to do homework or to read. Expand into the attic where this is the potential for an extra bath. NOTE: This plan cannot be built within a 50-mile radius of Richmond, Virginia.

Horizontal siding and stone form the exterior of this Craftsman ranch home plan, enhanced by gable decorations and window shutters. The front entry leads directly into the heart of the home, which presents an open floor plan. Windows, a fireplace, and a sliding door line the rear wall, and a covered deck provides a fun outdoor space for all to enjoy. Friends and family can post up at the kitchen island when entertaining, and the corner pantry's close proximity allows you to quickly retrieve items when prepping for meals. The master suite occupies the left side of the home, complete with a freestanding tub in the 5-fixture bath and a sizable closet. The 3-car garage leads into a generous mud room, with a coat closet, and access to a powder bath and laundry room. Another family bedroom is also accessible from the mud room. Take the staircase upstairs to find a roomy bonus area awaiting your finishing touch. Gain 1,483 sq ft of living space with the optional lower level, and enjoy a large family room, home office, two additional bedrooms, and a full bath.
I love blending vintage and modern pieces. I would use words like bold, industrial, and boho when it comes to the vibe of our home.
A wide, arched entry porch has decorative wood trim above as an eye-catching addition. Triple windows flood the study with light, making it a pleasant place to work from home. The open layout of the main living area gives everyone views of the vaulted family room fireplace and the rear vaulted porch. A high-end master suite receives special features like a sitting room, double tray ceiling and and huge walk-in closet with a built-in storage chest of drawers in the middle. Two family bedrooms are across the house and a quiet guest suite faces the front of your lot. Unfinished bonus space above the garage can be finished on your own timetable.
