This Birds Quilt Bird set of 4 quilting block patterns can be made with expert precision by implementing the paper piecing foundation pattern that we present here. The patterns included in this set are: Bird Bird 2 Mountain Bluebird Cardinal Scraps can be used or you can use materials that we have suggested. Our suggested material amounts are an over-exaggeration, so if you make a mistake you always have more fabric to work with. Para obter esse efeito trabalharemos com 3 tons de tecidos ( claro, médio e escuro ), e usei estampas com cores diferentes. Não ha necessidade das estampas serem da mesma cor. Foram usadas duas formas geométricas: losango e trapézio. Para chegarmos nas medidas exatas vamos relembrar uma aula de desenho. Desenhe 3 círculos do mesmo tamanho e nos pontos onde eles se encontram, desenhe o hexágono. Vire a folha deixando os 3 círculos na vertical, numerando os ângulos de 1 a 6. Trace uma linha diagonal unindo o ângulo 5 ao ângulo 2. Trace uma linha diagonal unindo o ângulo 6 ao ângulo 3. Formarão no centro, 2 losangos. Encontre o centro desses 2 losangos. Marque conforme setas. Traces duas linhas diagonais unindo os ângulos "c" e "b" ao "a" ( centro do losango de cima ). Faça o mesmo com o centro do losango de baixo, traçando as duas diagonais dos ângulos "c" e "b" ao ângulo "d" Trace as verticais unindo "1a" a "1d" e "1b" a "2d". Você terá um cubo perfeito. Apague todas linhas desnecessárias e chegue ao desenho abaixo. Numere para distribuir as cores dos tecidos. Corte no acetato ( placa de raio X ) ou papelão, os moldes. Escolhendo os tecidos. Considerarei: 1 - cor escura ( azul marinho ) / 2 - cor média ( tijolo ) / 3 - cor clara ( amarelo ) Corte os pedaços de tecidos usando os respectivos moldes, conforme a distribuição abaixo. Risque pelo lado do avesso deixando margem para costura. Deixei 0,75 cm pois costurei à mão. Atente para a posição das cores Separe em 3 blocos para costurá-los individualmente. Inicie a costura juntando o losango à uma das laterais. Use alfinetes e faça com capricho para que os cantos fiquem perfeitos. Costure o azul marinho às outras duas. Quando for unir a terceira parte, costure sempre do centro para as bordas. PS - A PARTIR DAQUI A DISTRIBUIÇÃO DAS CORES DE BAIXO ( AMARELO E TIJOLO ) FORAM TROCADAS. PREFERI ESTA DISPOSIÇÃO. É INTERESSANTE COMO PODEMOS BRINCAR COM AS CORES... Faça o mesmo com os outros dois blocos. Veja como devem ficar distribuídas as costuras do lado do avesso, para não acumular tecidos nos encontros. Acrescentando mais uma faixa.
