Und das ist der Grund, wieso ich mir gestern den Grundstich des Tunesisch häkeln beibringen musste. Die Anleitung "Tunisian Feathers" stammt von "Poppy & Bliss". Die Feder wird von der Spitze her zum Kiel gehäkelt. Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um ein Zackenmuster in der Technik "Tunesisch häkeln". Ich habe die grössere der beiden Varianten nachgearbeitet. Dazu habe ich DROP Paris (100% Baumwolle, 75m / 50g) verwendet. Von der Mystery-Decke ist ja gut was übrig geblieben, das ich nun in schöne Sachen umwandeln kann. Ich habe nur eine Häkelnadel, die fürs Tunesisch häkeln geeignet ist. Schätzungsweise 4 mm, also eher zu klein für das Garn, aber es hat trotzdem gut geklappt. Meine Federn sind ungefähr 15 cm lang geworden. Gestartet wird mit 11 Luftmaschen. 1. Reihe: Von der 2. Masche ab Nadel an in jede Masche einstechen und den Faden durchziehen. Die Schlaufen bleiben auf der Nadel, werden also nicht wie beim herkömmlichen Häkeln direkt abgemascht. (11 Maschen auf der Nadel) Rückreihe: Die Arbeit wird nicht gewendet! Die Rückreihe wird von links nach rechts gearbeitet. Sie wird immer gleich ausgeführt, weshalb ich sie im weiteren Verlauf nicht mehr extra erwähne. Zuerst wird eine Luftmasche gearbeitet. Danach werden immer 2 Maschen zusammen abgemascht bis zum Ende (bzw. Anfang) der Reihe. In der 2. Reihe beginnt das Zackenmuster. Wie beim herkömmlichen Häkeln wird der Zacken durch Zu- und Abnahmen gebildet. Zunahme zu Beginn der Reihe: die Schlaufe durch den waagrechten Faden vor dem 1. Querfaden holen. Danach 3 Maschen Tunesisch häkeln. Die nächsten 3 Maschen zusammen häkeln. Dazu unter den 3 Querfäden hindurch stechen und den Faden holen. Die 3 nächsten Maschen wieder einzeln Tunesisch häkeln. Vor der letzten Masche nochmals eine Masche zunehmen, indem die Schlaufe unter dem waagerechten Faden zwischen dem zweitletztem und letztem Querfaden hindurch gezogen wird. Für die letzte Masche wird auch unter dem Faden hinter dem Querfaden eingestochen. Damit ergibt sich auch am linken Rand ein V-förmiger Abschluss. (11 Maschen auf der Nadel) Rückreihe wie oben beschrieben. Bis Reihe 12 (immer nur die Hinreihe gezählt) weiter wie Reihe 2. Farbwechsel nach Lust und Laune. Beim Farbwechsel bereits die letzte Masche der Rückreihe mit der neuen Farbe abmaschen. In Reihe 13 werden 2 Maschen eliminiert, indem auf die Zunahme am Anfang und am Ende der Reihe verzichtet wird. 3 Maschen einzeln / 3 Maschen zusammen / 3 Maschen einzeln / letzte Masche (9 Maschen auf der Nadel) Reihe 14 bis 17 werden wie Reihe 2 gehäkelt. Allerdings mit 2 Maschen weniger. 1 Masche aufnehmen / 2 Maschen einzeln / 3 Maschen zusammen / 2 Maschen einzeln / 1 Masche aufnehmen / letzte Masche (9 Maschen auf Nadel) In Reihe 18 werden wieder 2 Maschen abgenommen. 2 Maschen einzeln / 3 Maschen zusammen / 2 Maschen einzeln / letzte Masche (7 Maschen auf der Nadel) Reihe 19: 1 Masche aufnehmen / 1 Masche einzeln / 3 Maschen zusammen / 1 Masche einzeln / 1 Masche aufnehmen / letzte Masche (7 Maschen auf Nadel) In Reihe 20 nochmals abnehmen: 1 Masche einzeln / 3 Maschen zusammen / 1 Masche einzeln / letzte Masche (5 Maschen auf Nadel) Reihe 21: 3 Maschen zusammen / letzte Masche (3 Maschen auf Nadel) Jetzt den Faden durch alle 3 Schlaufen ziehen. Dann werden für den Kiel 6 Luftmaschen gearbeitet. Mit Kettmaschen an den Luftmaschen entlang wieder zurück. Den Faden abschneiden, durchziehen und vernähen. Ich glaube, jetzt brauche ich auch einen Traumfänger! Dazu passen die Federn ideal.

And you were probably guessing why there was wooden ornament and embroidery thread included into the Rozeta kits. So today I will answer your questions! We will be using leftovers and wooden ornament to create a small hanging decoration – a micro Rozeta, as I called this pattern. Micro Rozeta pattern uses same stitches as you practiced a lot during the CAL. The textured flower is made in overlay crochet technique. The pattern is not tricky, and I hope that with the help of progress pictures below you will have no difficulties to finish it. Hanging ornament consists of two parts. The top is decorated with flower, and the bottom is plain. I added very simple embroidery onto the bottom. You received plenty of embroidery thread in your kits, and you can go a bit “wild” and creative with embroidery. And hopefully Rozeta leftovers will be enough to finish several micro hangings. The pattern below uses US crochet terms. And you can also download pdf files in English (both US and UK) and Dutch. Следующий ряд провязать рачьим шагом, нить обрезать, и спрятать. Для оформления матрешки я использовала фельт, понадобятся совсем небольшие кусочки. Вырезать круг для лица, пришить на него волосы, вышить глазки и ротик, пришить к матрешке. Края платочка вышить тамбурным швом (что бы закрыть смену цвета). Дальше надо украсить тело (сарафан) матрешки, можно использовать, бисер, фельт, вышивку, кружева и т.д. У меня это просто цветок из фельта. Для своей матрешки я не использовала ни клей, ни бисер, ни пайетки, так как ей суждено работать маячком для маленьких ножниц для вышивания и по совместительству игольницей.

So instead of sharing my current projects, I've decided to share a pattern that I designed a couple of years ago, but never tried publishing to my knowledge. Back then, I had a thing for crocheting fun bookmarks. I love to read, and never have enough bookmarks for all the books I may be reading at one time. My grandchildren have an affection for some of the cuter ones I make, so I tend to lose them that way, too. Without further ado, I give you my LoveBird Book Thong Pattern. (This pattern has never been tested so if you have any problems with it, please don't hesitate to let me know.) LoveBird Book Thong Note: This pattern is worked amigurumi style, which means that rounds are not joined. You may wish to use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each new round. Notes: The headband is worked lengthwise from narrow-to-narrow end. Row 18 can be altered for fitting. 14-16 chains fit my head, but I don’t like things to be tight. The best way to size it is to try on the headband as written and then decide if you want it looser (chain more) or tighter (chain less). This headband takes me ~20 minutes to make when I am consistently working. You can make this in one sitting. The treble stitches in Row 13 shells are inserted in both ends of the shell, in the top ch space, and the 2 tr on either side of the ch space. Shells can also be done (3 tr, ch 1, 3 tr) if desired. Ch 4 at beginning of each row counts as 1 tr. The top of the shell mentioned is the ch space. Pattern: Row 1. Ch 5, tr in 5th ch from hook. (2 tr) Row 2. Ch 4, turn, tr in same st, tr. (3 tr) Row 3.
