Are you doing the 800g Challenge? Feeling a bit overwhelmed at trying to track all the fruit and veg each day and need something to motivate yourself to reaching that target? So am I. That's why I've created these printable tracking sheets. Currently they're boring and monchrome, but each day, every time I achieve a target, I'll get to colour them in. I then thought, that if I need something like this, you might too. I'm starting on the 1st October 2019, I'll add more photos of my sheets as the month goes on. Any additional sheets that I make, to help myself, will be added to the documents for download. The 800g Challenge is to eat 800g of fruit or veg each day for a month. My challenge is run through an awesome Facebook group called Thick Thighs Save Lives https://www.facebook.com/TTSLTRAINING/?ref=br_rs, and I would highly recommend it as a supportive group for getting functionally fit. You'll get a pdf with 1 sheet for each day of the week, 1 for the week and 1 for the month. Print 4 Mondays, 4 Tuesdays etc.
