The more work I do as a mental health advocate the more I see a connection between our physical spaces and our mental health. It was one of the reasons I created the workbook Magical Housekeeping and Decluttering, which mainly focuses on deep cleaning your home. So many people with depression and anxiety struggle with housework, not because they're lazy or unmotivated but because their mental health is getting in the way. I was one of those people (and to an extent - I still am) but one thing that has helped me is finding ways to be organized in a fun way. I created these printable Cleaning & Chore Lists to help you get organized and to give you a place to start. Not only are there blank lists so that you can customize them for yourself, but there are also pre-filled lists. If you get overwhelmed with where to start these are perfect! There are even tasks organized by day-of-the-week to give you extra focus. This digital file has three different sets of worksheets. The first set has pre-filled tasks. The second set has blank spaces for you to add your own tasks, and the third set has completely blank templates with no titles. You can print them out and create meal plans, homework charts, or whatever else will work for you! Here's What's Inside the Cleaning & Chore Lists Download! -15 page PDF (It has six PDFs total. The first set has pre-filled chores. The second set has blank sections to fill in your own chores. The third set is just the blank templates. Then there is a black and white version of each of them for easy printing) - Several Tips for Cleaning While Battling Depression - Daily/Weekly Chore Chart (With chores separated by room) - Daily/Weekly Chore Chart (With chores separated by day of the week) - Yearly Chore Chart with Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tasks - Weekly Chore Chart (One separated by rooms and another by days of the week) - Weekly Chore Chart (Space for chores for two people) - My Chore Chart (A simple chart with daily and weekly tasks) FREE TRELLO BOARD I still like pen and paper lists and physical planners - but I also use Trello A LOT. Trello is a free platform originally created for companies to keep track of projects and it's awesome. I use it for my business and my personal life and it's really helpful for people who don't have a printer or who like to have their lists immediately handy (because it also has a free app). So at the very last minute, I decided to make a quick bonus Trello board to go along with the worksheets. There are two main ways to use Trello. You can make a checklist (I added pre-made checklists for all the main areas of a home, you can modify them or delete them if you like) or you can make "cards" with the different chores and move them under the "To-Do List" image or the "Done List" depending. 📩 INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD: Immediately after your purchase, you'll receive a link to download your files your purchase can also be found right from your Etsy account in the "Purchases and Reviews" section. The Etsy App doesn't support digital downloads so make sure you're opening the links from your browser. 🖨️ You can download and print the workbook, or fill it out digitally on your computer or phone. Apps like XoDo or GoodNotes let you "write" on the PDF on your phone, making it accessible on the go. You can also have it printed at places like Staples or FedEx. 🔐 FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY: All materials and designs are © and property of Dominee Calderon at Self-Love Rainbow LLC. Not for resale or redistribution. You can purchase a Private Use License to use one-on-one with clients. https://selfloverainbow.etsy.com/listing/1169636940 🌈 I am not a mental health professional. These tools are crafted from personal experience and are meant to be used as a peer-to-peer resource. They are not a replacement for professional advice and I always recommend working with a therapist if possible! 🧾REFUND POLICY: Refunds can only be offered if the digital files have not been downloaded. The workbook is in US Letter Size (8.5 x 11 inches) and PDF format.
