This House Activity resource provides an interesting and enjoyable variety of tasks which students will be able to successfully complete with the use of the reference pages. The pictures with words on the reference pages will help to develop vocabulary and reading skills. The success achieved while completing the work will build confidence and motivate students while developing English vocabulary. Where possible answers are included, so peer correction is an option. The matching,the cut and stick, the relaxing colouring and production of the interactive house are all activities that could be used with isolated initial learners who have not yet reached the stage where they can be totally integrated with the class. An opportunity for writing simple sentences about what you do in each room is also included. The resource could also be used as a class resource, if doing a topic on the house.
