25min Β· 4 servings Ingredients β’ 1 cup cooked pinto beans β’ 1 + 1/2 Tbsp, ground flax seed β’ 3 Tbsp, water β’ 1 Tbsp, vegan butter-melted (+extra for cooking) β’ 3 Tbsp, vegan panko crumbs β’ 2 Tbsp, onion powder β’ 1 Tbsp, garlic powder β’ 1 tap, vegan steak sauce β’ 1/2 tsp, black pepper β’ 1/2 tsp, paprika β’ 1 onion, cut into slices & caramelized β’ vegan cheddar cheese (*optional) β’ cornstarch or flour, for coating *I used a salted butter, therefore I didnβt add any extra to the mix & it was perfect for me. If your butter has sodium, I advise you to make the mix & taste before adding more.ππΌ 1.) In a small bowl or cup, combine the flax seed & water, mix well & set aside. 2.) Using a fork or potato masher, mash the pinto beans. Add all of the remaining ingredien
