Walnut Mince Tacos 🌮 📝 Recipe makes 4 tacos Ingredients: For the filling: 50 g soy granules/mince 100 ml vegetable broth 40 g walnuts (crushed) 1 tbsp oil 1 onion (diced) 4 tbsp soy sauce 250 g mexican salsa Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp turmeric To serve: 4 taco shells Salad Guacamole Some corn 4 tsp soy yoghurt salt & pepper Fresh parsley & onion rings Preparation: 1. Heat soy granules in a saucepan with vegetable broth for 5-7 minutes, then drain 3. Heat oil in pan, then fry onion, softened granules, crushed walnuts 4. Add all other ingredients for the filling and sauté for another 5 minutes 5. Fill tacos: Salad, Walnut tuffing, corn, guacamole, soy yogurt, parsley, onion rings.
