I am loving strawberries right now. So much so, that I'm finding as many ways as possible to use them, and while I LOVE jam, sometimes it's nice to use fresh instead - and make the most of the season - and save the jam for the depths of winter, when strawberry season seems depressingly far away. So I macerated some in a little sugar and Grand Marnier liqueur and served it on vanilla bean yogurt scones over the weekend.
