20min · 2 servings Ingredients: • 400g firm tofu • 2 tbsp corn starch • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers • handful of coriander • lime wedges toasted sesame seeds Miso glaze • 1 tbsp red miso paste • 2 tsp vegan oyster sauce • 1 tsp gluten free soy sauce • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1/4 cup of water leftover corn starch Directions: Coat tofu in corn starch evenly and pan fry them in oil until crispy. Drain excess oil, add red bell peppers and chopped coriander. Finally add the miso glaze and wait for the mixture to thicken. Add a splash of water and corn slurry if you want more sauce. Take off heat and serve with toasted sesame seeds and lime wedges.
