How to make sourdough part ✌🏼 After your dough has bulk fermented for 8-10 hours, you will fold it out onto a floured surface & begin shaping. Once shaped, place in a floured banneton and sit in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove dough from fridge, place onto parchment paper & begin scoring your loaf (this is my favorite part) Place in pan with a lid and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover the lid and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
